As paying patients, we expect not just medical care, but also basic respect and professionalism from the staff. Unfortunately, some nurses behave in a rude and dismissive manner, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I strongly recommend providing training on respectful communication, patient privacy, and standard behaviour. Thank you.

I really liked the services and the entire ambience of the hospital. The staff and doctors are very service oriented and tries to make you super comfortable. The counselling sessions with Ms Swapna Rajeev were very helpful.

Very bad experience...they doesn't keep any value for time... Especially the nursing staffs in scanning room..behave very badly...

Very bad experiences from the hospital, and I'm wondering how the doctors are appointed there?????Idiots don't have basic knowledge in basic health service how to recognise a fever and a chronic diseases.Better to close down and start a convention center..If you are in a dying condition also please don't go there,better choose another hospital.

The wrost hospital and wrost experience from the nursing staff, I will never choose ashraya any more, especially the nurse in charge in the night duty in labour room on 20/12/2022 at 0215 Am she made my delivery a bad experience for me, I will never forgive those things happend to me , they are not professionals .

Ashraya hospital is known to me for more than 30 years. I was born in this hospital 35 years back. At that time Ashraya hospital was the only maternal and childhood hospital in this entire high range area with dedicated gynac operation theatre with facilities to treat new born babies. Came to know that Dr Sudhir was the 1st paediatrician and Dr Suchitra Sudhir was the 1st MD DGO Gynacologyst in this entire belt and during my childhood days I still remember Dr Sudhir trating me as paediatrician. My mother always used to say Best hospital for undergoing child birth with tender loving care. Now I came to know that this hospital has grown in to a multispeciality hospital with facilities for other specialities including, Full time emergency medical care with Laproscopic surgeries, foetal medicine department and medical and surgical departments. Also available MEDISEP Insurance. Our entire family now depends on Ashraya hospital.
