I recently had an experience at Nirmala Medical Centre in Muvattupuzha, and overall, I must say the hospital provides excellent care and facilities. The environment is clean and well-maintained, with a dedicated team of doctors and support staff who clearly value patient wellbeing.
The medical services were prompt, and the infrastructure is definitely commendable for a hospital of its size. Most of the staff were courteous, professional, and attentive to patient needs.
However, one area that could use improvement is the nursing department--not all, but a few nurses were noticeably delayed in attending to their duties. Timely care is crucial in a medical setting, and I hope this issue is addressed to maintain the hospital's otherwise high standards.
That said, my overall experience was positive, and I would still recommend Nirmala Medical Centre for quality healthcare.
