My father (PG Paulose) got admitted at Sanjoe Hospital for Orthopedic treatment under Dr. Thomas Stephen on 17th March. It was an exceptional experience at Sanjoe Hospital where we received outstanding care from the Orthopedic Department. Over the last six days, we witnessed remarkable dedication, compassion, and professionalism from the entire medical team. A special note of gratitude to Dr. Thomas Stephen for the expertise and kindness, ensuring the best possible treatment. Ever in our life it was the first experience of any treatment that gave us full comfort and confidence. The physiotherapy team under Mr. Deepu was incredibly efficient, playing a crucial role in the recovery process with their patient-centered approach. Additionally, the nursing staff lead by Sr. Treena went above and beyond in providing attentive and compassionate care, making the entire experience truly comforting. We deeply appreciate the commitment and warmth shown by the entire team. Their efforts have made a significant difference, and we highly recommend Sanjoe Hospital for anyone in need of quality medical care. You would truly experience a Godly care.

It was good experience with sanjo.Receptionist and all the nurses,doctors and pharmacist were spoken well and maintained good rapport with the patient care.Nurses in the casualty are humble honest and trustworthy. Waiting area and lift are available.Parking facilities are available for both scooter and car.Emergency facilities are good.

I had an accident on Sunday night and was taken to Sanjoe Hospital. I had a muscle tear and fracture in my right hand, which required surgery. The orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Thomas Stephen, was not available at the time, but he came in for my surgery, even though it was a Sunday night, and I underwent the surgery within a few hours. Dr. Thomas Stephen was very friendly and explained the damages to my hand very well. I was admitted for two days after the surgery, and all the nursing staff were very friendly, compassionate, attentive, and caring throughout my stay.

I visited San Joe Hospital on 24/05/2025 at around 4:30 PM for an ENT consultation with Dr. Elizabeth. She is an excellent doctor--very patient, kind, and professional. I truly appreciate the care she provided. However, one of the staff nurses in Dr. Elizabeth ma'am's OPD was extremely rude and arrogant. I do not know her name, but her behavior towards patients was completely unacceptable. She lacks basic courtesy and does not know how to speak respectfully. Such staff can damage the hospital's reputation. Due to this unpleasant experience, I do not wish to visit this hospital again, even though Dr. Elizabeth was very good. I hope the hospital management looks into this matter seriously.

I feel great thankful to Dr thomas sir orthopedic surgeon in sanjoe hospital.whom I feel more comfortable and secure from his service.He is a humble and most adorable person whom I met. And the nursing service was also literally good and kind.
