Worst experience ever! I gave my blood samples for a TSH test, and it took almost 6 hours with no updates at all. When I followed up, they casually said the sample was sent for a repeat test--without informing me--and behaved very irresponsibly. Even now, I haven't received my results, and the test was urgent. It's really disappointing because my family has been using this laboratory for many years, and the service used to be excellent. But now the staff has changed, and so has the quality of service--completely unacceptable. Never visiting this place again and I don't recommend it to anyone.
