Worst service. All kind of services including consulting, pharmacy and laboratory are too much delayed. Worst medical sevice provider in thalassery. No systematic arrangement to reduce waiting time for all kind of medical services. Strongly not to recommend to anybody. There are some well experienced doctors available here, but the hospitality service is too bad. So please check the same doctors availability in any other hospitals or clinics.

The hospital is not clean , There is a foul smell inside the hospital . The admitting room here is also not clean , The hospital does not have parking facilities (Parking must be there. That is the building rule) , Hospital parking is on the public road . When I asked the security about the parking in the hospital. The security said that no parking will be allowed in the hospital ...

Very bad service. Doctors have no commitments for patients( Dr Girija devi).Labour room staffs behavior was not good.

Very bad service, whether you call for an inquiry or call the lab, they don't know anything, then why so many phone numbers.Some staffs don't know how to behave...

The hospital's approach seemed to prioritize profits over patient well-being, as evidenced by the unnecessary tests and medications prescribed. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that the medical shop on the premises was not providing the medications purchased by patients. This, combined with the inconsistent and inaccurate test reports, has led me to warn others against seeking treatment at this hospital. In my opinion, this hospital falls short of the standards expected from a healthcare institution in Kerala."

Payment in full will not be accepted except in cash. When I asked the staff, the management told me to buy cash only. Bank through transaction management is afraid. When asked if it is a tax issue, ask the management directly. We came for treatment. But we should make complaints. And tax authority must check transaction.

I had to take my daughter to the casualty department, where we were attended to by Dr. Rajesh, a paediatrician. I was very impressed by the excellent care and professionalism shown by both Dr. Rajesh and the nursing staff. Their compassionate and attentive approach made a difficult situation much more manageable. Highly recommend their services.
