KIMSHEALTH East Block

My dad was admitted in the Kim's hospital east block. Nursing service what we got there was soooo heart whelming..Each and every nursing staff was so caring and kind..Even the room service and and food was excellent..

I am an agricultural officer. I went to KIMS hospital today for diabetic treatment. I was supposed to go to the 3rd block IInd floor, but ended up near the cardiac ICCU, totally disoriented. However, a kind hearted lady security personnel, Mrs. Bichithra, guided me to the right place. Thanks to Bichithra & KIMS management.

Hospital area is spacious and well maintained. East block is the place where the medical checkup for visa is happening. But better not to buy food from their east block canteen. It's too overpriced. We had fish curry meals from there at a rate of Rs.265/-. It was just an average food and the ambience of the canteen was also not pleasant. Instead try canteen in Main block.

Went here for visa medicals. Parking issues, you will never be able to get parking in their compound. You will have to park away from the hospital and walk in. Gladly there was a paid parking nearby and was closer. Wanted to point out a general rule of thumb if the hospital authorities are reading this. Pls train your staff to be a little gentle towards people and not make them worry about things that could be sorted if looked at more calmly, especially when someone is there for something he or she isn't very knowledgeable about. Today I had to walk to my car which was first of all not in the hospital compound and secondly very hot conditions to walk and come back with documents which I was not asked to carry.
