I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to KIMS Hospital for the excellent care and service they provide. The staff and facilities have been outstanding, and I am truly grateful for the support.
However, I would like to kindly request a small improvement that could make a big difference. In the cancer section, particularly just outside the PET CT / Radiation Therapy room, it would be helpful if a few more chairs could be added to accommodate patients and their families. Additionally, having a few chairs available outside the doctor's consultation rooms while waiting would greatly improve comfort and convenience.
