My sister had surgery at this hospital, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. While the doctor was kind and professional -- which was the main reason we chose this hospital -- the nursing staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. After the surgery, my sister was in pain and the nurses showed little empathy or urgency. We had to call multiple times during an emergency, and even then, it took over an hour for someone to respond. The hospital facilities were also below expectations. Basic amenities like the toilets were not clean or properly maintained. Overall, aside from the doctor's care, the service and infrastructure left a lot to be desired.

I came for a free follow up with urologist doctor. Dr. examined me really well and on time. However the washroom is so unhygienic in hospital. There were no tissue papers provided and also at washbasin no hand-wash soap/liquid was available. This is the basic hygiene of a hospital. Secondly even after a free followup ( provided to me based on my surgery ) receptionist asked me Rs. 50/- for the registration, as I was coming for the first in that hospital. It looked strange to me that for even a followup they had to process the registration. 1 star for hospital. 5 star for Doctor.

Good hospital for small treatment.it is a 30 room hospital with no fancy set up.But located at heart of city in Plamoodu .Doctor was on time. The review is actually for the canteen more than the hospital. Small set up canteen but lunch was mind blowing with first class parippu curry, soyabean kootu curry, fish fry and thoran,achar.i tried a parippu Vada which was super hot and tasty with lunch.must try

We are glad to have consulted Dr. Preetha madam from the start of the pregnancy. The doctor is very calm and patient, never rushed in any of the appointments and gave us enough time to discuss. She had been very supportive throughout the journey, ensured we got the blood tests and scans done at the right time, followed with right medication and advice for diet and exercise. ,Dr. Preetha madam she has helped get very good care throughout my high risk pregnancy. After getting admitted to the hospital She is very approachable and clear with explaining problems and solutions.Thanks to her, we have been blessed with healthy baby. she constantly took the updates from the staff throughout the night. During the delivery time she was very patient and helped to calm down my nerves. Post delivery also she followed up regularly and explained everything in detail. The delivery experience at meditrina hospital was also very good and I appreciate all the staff who took care of us. Thank you Dr.preetha madam 1

Dr preetha and her nursing staffs are very caring and approachable . nursing staffs they are so so good and I visited many hospital but never seen this type of service that they are providing

We waited more than 2 hours .in the reception they told dr will come within 1 hr but no response from their side .bad experience
