We are incredibly grateful to the entire team at CIMAR for making the delivery of our baby girl such a smooth and memorable. Though we initially expected a C-section, it turned out to be a normal delivery all thanks to the exceptional care and expertise of Dr. Lipi, Dr. Susan, and the entire medical and nursing team. The nursing staff treated my wife with such warmth and compassion like she was their own sister and that meant a lot to us. The hospital environment is clean, neat, and well-maintained. All the staff are very friendly and supportive, which helped ease our anxiety during such a crucial time. Yes, the services may be slightly on the expensive side, but it's truly worth every penny for the level of care and professionalism provided. Suggestions for Improvement The waiting time for consultations can be a bit long at times and may need better management. When making payments for scans or other procedures, it would be helpful to have a prepaid top up system linked to the CIMAR card so charges can be deducted directly making the process quicker and more convenient. CIMAR Hospital is truly the best hospital for women. The care they provide both to the patient and their family is beyond words. From the doctors to the security staff, everyone was incredibly kind and supportive. I want to especially thank Dr. Atulyaa, Dr. Susan, Dr. Aleena, and all the amazing nurses. Their kindness, patience, and constant support touched my heart deeply. It was such a positive and unforgettable experience, and I will always be grateful. The hospital is spotlessly clean and hygienic, giving the feel of a five-star hotel. The staff are incredibly helpful, polite, and cooperative, making every visit smooth and pleasant. Despite the name, the hospital is open to everyone and not just women, although they do have excellent specialized departments for maternity, fertility, and other women's health services. One of the best things is the ample parking space - unlike many hospitals, Cimar does not charge for parking. The entrance and surrounding compound are beautifully maintained with lush greenery and well-kept plants, adding to the peaceful and healing atmosphere. A top choice for quality care in a serene environment.
