I got best service in health check department.... The health check process was well-organized, minimising waiting time and ensuring smooth movement between departments.All staff members were courteous, helpful, and respectful.Reports were delivered promptly, and the explanations provided by doctors helped in understanding the findings.The service quality justified the cost of the package, making it a worthwhile health investment.

My father recently underwent incisional hernia surgery at Apollo Sage Hospital, and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The surgery was done just two days ago, and I must say the entire process - from admission to post-op care - was handled with great professionalism and care. The medical team, including the surgeons and nursing staff, were highly skilled, attentive, and compassionate in their approach. They made sure we were informed about every step of the procedure which eased our worries. The hospital infrastructure is excellent - clean, modern, and well-maintained. Facilities and the hospital environment was both modern and hygienic. What stood out the most was the kindness of every staff member we interacted with - whether it was the doctors, nurses, support staff, TPA staff or security person. One thing I appreciate the most was that the most of staff had smile on their faces when interacting. One downside is the billing process is very bad, if this is improved, the outgoing experience will be great. The patient should not leave with bitter experience I would highly recommend Apollo Sage Hospital to anyone looking for quality treatment and excellent patient care in Bhopal. The infra is good, I just had couple of opd visits so far, the hospital has good set of qualified doctors. However if you go to pharmacy please be careful they will hand over substitute without even informing you. Please double check with them. They don't have medicines which they own doctors has prescribed.

It was really a wonderful experience while I visited the hospital for my mother's cataract surgery. Begining at the Gate itself we could feel the hospitality that the hospital staff offers. The guards were very courteous and caring. The reception staff was also very well mannered and attentive. At the ortho department from the first check up to the surgery and then till the last review we were given 100% attention. I was particularly very impressed with the caring attitude, and the skills of Dr. Arpita Agrawal. Meeting her the first time itself made me feel that my mom was in the safest hands for this surgery. My special appreciation to Ms. Merina who was extremely supportive and caring throughout the process from the first appointment to the final review. She guided us at every step and process like a family member. My sincere thanks to Mr. Shubhdeep, the pleasing personality, for his gentleness, and the care and concern he showed to us.
