I've been visiting Apollo Hospital Gwalior regularly for dialysis treatment, and I must say the overall experience has been very positive. The staff here is truly wonderful--professional, attentive, and always ready to help, which makes a big difference during regular treatments.
The hospital facilities are outstanding and exceptionally clean, far better than most other hospitals I've been to. It's clear that hygiene and patient comfort are a top priority here. Another plus is the relatively low waiting time; things move efficiently without feeling rushed.
Overall, I'd rate my experience 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality care and well-maintained facilities in Gwalior.
I had a disappointing experience at this centre during our recent health check-up. The charges were higher than the official Apollo package, and to our surprise, it wasn't an actual Apollo hospital but a franchisee. The available health check-up options were very limited, and the staff behavior left a lot to be desired -- they were quite rude throughout our visit.
However, I'd like to sincerely appreciate Sulekha Ma'am, who stood out for her kindness and support. She guided us patiently through each step, making a real difference in an otherwise unpleasant experience.
I also witnessed a deeply disturbing incident: an elderly lady had come in for a routine diabetes check-up on her doctor's advice. During the test, she cried out in discomfort -- and shockingly, the nurse started yelling at her. Thankfully, the doctor intervened and corrected the nurse's behavior.
Based on this visit, I wouldn't recommend Apollo for health check-ups in Gwalior. While the brand holds value nationally, it seems to have lost its standard here.
I had booked an appointment through the Apollo Spectra app for 11:15 AM. After arriving and paying the consultation fee at the counter, I was informed that the doctor would arrive around 1:00 PM. When I asked about my scheduled appointment time, they told me that pre-booked appointments are not actually followed here and the doctor is expected around 1:30 PM. It's now 1:40 PM, and I am still waiting.
Extremely disappointing experience. If you value your time, I would strongly advise against coming here.

We recently got my father's gallbladder surgery done, and I'm extremely grateful to Dr. Gokaran Manjhi and Dr. Brijesh for their excellent care and expertise. The surgery went very smoothly, and both doctors were incredibly patient in addressing all my questions and doubts throughout the process.
A special thanks to Dr. Reena Shrivastava, Dr. Archana and Krishna kulshreshtha, who were very supportive and helpful every step of the way.
Doctor Manjhi and doctor Brijesh are no doubt excellent doctors.
I had an excellent experience at Apollo Hospital and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled with utmost professionalism and care.
A special thanks to Mr. Arvind Singh, the in-charge, who went above and beyond to assist us. He made sure everything was managed on priority and handled our concerns very efficiently and kindly. His support made a real difference in our experience and brought much-needed comfort during a stressful time.
I was here with my Father he was admitted here I experienced about the Hospital
All the doctors of Apollo hospital are very good, well qualified and smart staff (Nurses and Housekeeping) of this hospital of General ward is Very Lazy He is Sleeping full over Night nobody will be available to tacking care of Patient. And General ward Washroom will found so dirty Staff is not doing proper work. General ward like a Govt Hospital.
Staff need training specially in moving patient from different locations within the hospital. Cleanliness should be improved. Although it has good infrastructure but they are not able to maintain it . Also availability of operators of different machines lacks here they never come on time. Hope RJN APOLLO gwalior will improve themselves.
