Overall, we had a positive experience at the hospital. The management was excellent, and we really appreciated the attention to diet management -- it was handled very well. The PICU staff and senior doctors provided outstanding care, and we are truly grateful for their professionalism and dedication.
However, we did notice an area that could be improved. In the private rooms, the responsiveness of the nursing staff needs some attention. We often had to call multiple times to get assistance, as the nurses were frequently engaged elsewhere. It would be helpful if this aspect could be looked into, to ensure quicker and more attentive service for patients in private rooms.

All the hospital staff like Doctor, Dr Roshan Rao sir ,Dr, Sarita Rao nurses biji Shukla, Seema dawar , administrative and housekeeping were very good in their professionalism, and promptness.

All the staff Doctors Sisters and Housekeeping staff all the Maushi's were fabulous very neat and clean environment for patients.
