I started with this program in early March'21 and followed the diet plan and therapy thoroughly, now I am completely free from diabetes & BP problems. It was a whole new experience for me and my wife, we thrived through it. We are not dependent on any sort of medicine anymore and can eat sweets and dishes we couldn't earlier, but we still follow certain diet tips even now, they are integral part of our diet for times to come. I will rigorously recommend people having diabeties and BP to go to Madhavbaug program. The Jabalpur Center is well maintained and accomodating according to our work schedules, so we didn't face any problems. :-)
