I recently visited supra Diagnostics for a health check-up, and my overall experience was excellent. From the moment I entered, the reception staff was polite and helpful. They guided me through the registration process smoothly. The waiting area was clean, air-conditioned, and had proper seating arrangements, which made the wait comfortable. The technicians and doctors were highly professional. They explained the procedures like CT scan, blood tests, and ultrasound clearly and ensured I felt at ease during the entire process. I really appreciated their caring attitude and soft communication. The equipment used was modern and well-maintained, which gave me confidence in the accuracy of the results. My reports were delivered on time, both in printed form and digitally via WhatsApp/email. I was also happy with their safety and hygiene protocols - all staff wore gloves and masks, and everything was sanitized properly. Very bed experience .wrost and very slow services. don't know how to handle patient .........

I had a brain and spine MRI there. They charged me 9,000 for it. Everything was okay except for their hygiene practices with the gowns.

This center is giving extra radiation dose to paitent.they are doing wrong reporting to paitent I went with my infant 5 days old. She went black due to radiation after CT scan abdomen. I asked for dose whole staff was unresponsive.

It is the trustworthy place for all types of treatment. Here we can get the discounted and attractive offer package always. Im happy with your report quality as it shows all the parameters in sequence and values also seem to be accurate. I got it rechecked with my doctor and results were all accurate

Unprofessional and not very helping staff.Same Gowns used by other patients without washing.It may be a cause of an infection.Gowns worn by one patient should not be used unless washed.My suggestion to clinik to charge extra Rs.50 for clean gowns but provide at least freshly washed and disinfected gown.Further,i was told for collecting reports next day.When I reached for collecting report I was kept waiting for 45 minutes.Not very professional attitude. It is problem with all the Doctors they don't consider time of patients precious and keep their patients waiting for hours.

First of all the basic rules of cleanliness are not being followed.. instead of giving separate gowns one examination gown is being given to several patients .. and that same is handed over to othersclearly giving way to more infection in this time of pandemic..secondly only half of my reports were given at one time and the staff had no clue about it. When I asked then an uproar was created and then again I had to go and collect it .

The diagnostic center is one of the best centers in jabalpur City. Good and very co-operative staff.
