I generally try to be understanding and patient when it comes to healthcare services -- I know doctors and staff often work under immense pressure. However, my experience at this hospital was so appalling, so shockingly negligent, that it warrants a strong warning to anyone considering setting foot in this establishment. From the very moment I entered the hospital premises, it became glaringly obvious that this institution is a chaotic mess wrapped in the illusion of medical care. The reception area, which should ideally be the most organized and welcoming space, was overcrowded, filthy, and manned by staff who seemed more interested in their smartphones than helping patients. No queue system. No clear instructions. Just pure disorder and a complete lack of empathy. The waiting time was absolutely ridiculous -- despite having a prior appointment, I was made to wait for over three hours. And when I was finally seen, the doctor barely looked up from their file, much less made any effort to understand my concerns. The consultation lasted less than five minutes and felt more like a mechanical formality than a medical evaluation. There was no compassion, no explanation of the diagnosis, and certainly no room for questions. The worst part? The hygiene. I'm not exaggerating when I say that even public toilets in railway stations are cleaner than the ones at this hospital. Overflowing dustbins, stained bedsheets, flies buzzing around, and a stench that makes you question whether this place is for healing or for getting sicker. It's outright inhumane. The nurses and support staff were equally unprofessional -- many were rude, inattentive, and in some cases, downright hostile. Medication schedules were missed. Vital checks were forgotten. My requests for water were ignored multiple times. At one point, I had to literally walk to the nurse's station with an IV in my arm just to ask for help. Billing? Oh, don't even get me started. The hospital has perfected the art of overcharging. Every small item -- from gloves to syringes to drinking water -- is added to the bill with ridiculous markups. And when questioned, the staff gets defensive and evasive, providing no breakdown or clarity. The final bill felt more like a ransom note than a hospital charge sheet. In summary, this place is a disgrace to the concept of healthcare. It operates like a poorly managed business venture rather than a center for healing. If you value your health, dignity, and sanity, do not come here. This hospital needs a complete overhaul -- in management, in staff training, in hygiene standards, and most importantly, in attitude. Zero stars is too generous.

As per my previous experience, I found this hospital is bit costly... Well every hospital have the same story but the good thing about this hospital is, it is the only hospital in Shujalpur who gave maximum number of services in the hospital business... All the charges detail I share with images and the bill too... In case of emergency in Shujalpur you do not have any other options.. Some insurance companies cards also available here...

Jash Hospital. The staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive to patients' needs. Despite having and doctor not A available in emergency there was a lack of clear communication about the amount the delays. The facilities appeared outdated and in need of maintenance. Additionally, the medical staff did not provide thorough explanations about the treatment options, leaving me feeling uncertain and frustrated. Overall, my visit was far from satisfactory, and I would not recommend this hospital based on my very bed experience

Pathetic I took private room but In the room Ac's don't work or work like fan they don't cool you TV not available in the room. Worst experience. Praying to get out of this hospital Asap. Next time a big NO for this hospital. The Doctors admit you and after that no body will come to see what's happening to you for nearly 6 hrs Even if you call them nobody will come I want to give negative marks or stars to this place Very bad
