I would like to share my experience with the Gajanan Hospital. My brother got admitted in the Delux room. The facility is clean and the hygiene was maintained throughout the facility, the medical attention and quick response they have given was top notch. Overall, it was a great experience.

There is no option for negative review so unfortunately giving 1 star otherwise this is not hospital, this is only money making machine. If you see the qualification of doctors working here you can easily understand this hospital is only for treatment of fever, headache and cold. They just attract you showing visiting specialist doctors team but trust me no one is available for you on emergency time and if come they will give just 5 minutes for your patient and charge 1000 rs. for that 5 minute visit. I saw many patients died at this hospital due to lack of treatment experience and expertize team of doctors. if you or your patient have any severe medical condition please do not admit your patient here.

My negative experience at Gajanan Hospital & Critical Care Center in Aurangabad. It's important to share such feedback. "My family and I had a disappointing experience at Gajanan Hospital & Critical Care Center near Reliance Mall Road, Garkheda Parisar. The staff and security guards, particularly the female staff, were unhelpful to the relatives of patients. We admitted our patient at 1:30 AM, and right from the beginning, it was evident that the staff and doctors were careless. Upon admission, they demanded a hefty fee of 10,000 rupees and added another 9,300 rupees for medications from their pharmacy. It was clear that their primary focus was on money, not the well-being or the emotions of patients and their families. The pricing for medical services was exorbitant; they charged 500 rupees for a single X-ray and 2,000 rupees for a 2D echo test, significantly higher than market rates. Furthermore, they provided incorrect guidance regarding the patient's treatment, needlessly prolonging the suffering of patients. I even witnessed one patient's unfortunate demise, and they displayed a complete lack of compassion by not properly handling the situation. Nurses were callous in their communication with patients, showing no empathy. For my patient, we decided to move to another trusted hospital due to the hospital's carelessness and the deteriorating condition of the patient. However, the process of discharge was frustratingly slow, taking at least an hour for billing and paperwork. They charged us for 12 hours of ICU stay, amounting to 24,000 rupees. Incredibly, they didn't allow the patient to eat anything, which was utterly inconsiderate. I strongly advise against choosing this hospital. It's not only a waste of money and time but also potentially jeopardizes the life of your loved ones. Please explore other healthcare options to ensure better care and treatment." Visited the hospital for a small surgery. The place is well kept and clean. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The whole process of admission to discharged was seamless. Our surgeon was amazing. His approach was very professional and he explained the entire process before we getting admitted. He kept checking on us and informed each and every minute detail before we could get into the operation theatre. Post surgery he checked on a timely basis and get a thorough follow up. I would recommend Dr Suryawanshi and Gajanan Hospital & critical care center to all.

One of the best hospital in Aurangabad. Emergency services available here are very best. I was having an accident 5 years ago I was admitted here at 10 pm but the emergency services were very admirable. I was operated next day for my femur multiple fracture. Very nice operative hands are available here. Post operative care is also very good. Thanks all doctors and support staff.

Best hospital in Aurangabad. All facilities under one roof..well known consultant, correct diagnosis & treatment at affordable cost. Overall Hospital is very clean & follows all the precautions of safety. The staff is very attentive & caring to provide the best service. Doing the best to get your health looked after.

According to me, this is a very good hospital and its staff is very helpful and the doctors here are very experienced and especially Dr. Suryavanshi Sir, he treats patients very well and his nature is also very sweet, I was very impressed by him, for this many thanks to Gajanan Hospital and especially Dr. Suryavanshi Sir
