The doctors were skilled and reassuring, the nursing staff was kind and attentive, and all necessary tests were conducted thoroughly. Cleanliness and hygiene were well maintained, food was hygienic, and we're being discharged tension-free. Grateful to the entire hospital team for their care and support!

I would like to share my recent experience with Sai Hospital, where my wife was admitted for treatment over the past 3 days. She was initially kept in the ICU and later shifted to a private deluxe room. From start to finish, the care and professionalism we received were outstanding. I would especially like to commend Dr. Shri Sushil Zope for his exceptional treatment. His vast experience, warm and family-like approach, and soft-spoken nature made a big difference in our comfort and confidence during this time. His dedication is truly appreciated. The entire staff at Sai Hospital--including doctors, nurses, and support staff--were polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hospital is well-equipped with all modern facilities and has specialists available across various fields, which ensures comprehensive care under one roof. Based on our experience, I can confidently say that Sai Hospital is one of the best hospitals in the Kalyan-Dombivli area. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking quality medical care.

This is a very good hospital that provides proper treatment. Dr. Susil Sir and all the doctors offer excellent care and maintain professional, respectful behaviour. All the staffs are well-mannered, and the hospital is very clean. It is well-equipped with all necessary testing facilities, and the prices are reasonable. Disgusting Experience at Sai Hospital, Dombivli - Totally Unfit for Patients Our stay at Sai Hospital, Dombivli was nothing short of a disaster, and I strongly urge others to stay away from this place. Rating 0 and below We admitted a dengue patient here after the hospital confirmed over the phone that a private room was available. On reaching, there was no such room, and we were dumped into a temporary deluxe room with a false promise of being shifted the next day - which never happened. On admission, the fever was recorded as 101degF, but miraculously within 5 minutes, the doctor said it's 99degF. This kind of inconsistency shows either negligence or manipulation. The bed provided was torn, and when we complained, they just added another torn mattress. After fighting for 16 hours, only then did they provide a fresh bed - in the same room, which they falsely call "private" despite not even having an attached washroom. There were mosquitoes in the room, and when we informed the doctor in charge, his shocking response was: "The patient is already on medicines, so mosquitoes won't impact him much." How can a hospital, especially for a dengue patient, be so irresponsible and casual about mosquitoes? after long we got 2 all outs They insisted we do a blood clotting test, which had no value in this case. We refused, realizing it was just another unnecessary charge. To top it off, they tried to charge 6,000 for just 1.5 hours of admission, calling it a "rule" that full-day charges must be paid. Only after a heated argument was this cancelled. While waiting for the X-ray report, staff kept pressuring us to vacate the room, constantly saying "room is vacant now" - showing zero empathy or care for the patient's condition. The blood test pricing was a scam - IPD charges were almost double that of OPD. When asked, the so-called CEO Akshya Keluskar responded rudely and arrogantly, claiming it's "hospital protocol" and refused to listen or engage properly. Throughout the day, nurse or staff would respond to the bell despite repeated presses only At the time of discharge (13th July), we were denied the in-house case history, and were told to write an application and wait 3-4 more days. Again, they said, "talk to the CEO". I am still waiting for indoor history The discharge summary was incomplete - the X-ray report was missing. When we asked the ICU doctor on duty at 8 PM, he said, "It's Sunday, there's no staff. Come tomorrow. It's not our responsibility." After more arguments and 20 minutes of wait, we finally received it. Despite paying everything in cash, we were made to feel like beggars. Unprofessional, unethical, unhygienic, and completely mismanaged.Filing a legal case against them The only saving grace was Admin Manager Asifa, who was supportive and helpful throughout - the only person in that hospital who acted with basic humanity and sense. AVOID Sai Hospital, Dombivli at all costs. You risk your health, dignity, and peace of mind by entering here.

I was admitted to Sai Hospital for four days due to typhoid and was satisfied with the overall care and treatment provided by the doctors and staff. The only issues were - 1) Only one lift is available exclusively for patients; relatives are required to use the stairs, regardless of the floor. 2) The blanket provided wasn't changed till the last day, despite a few reminders. Aside from that, it was a good experience.

First this is my personal experience others may have different experience what I had with this hospital. I had the worst experience of my life till now for any hospitalization. My wife had got admitted for 3-4 days for OPD. And this turns out to be disaster for us... The first day I had to wait in sharing ward for around 6-7 hours for private room which was supposed to be done immediately and this resulted in delay in treatment... Seems like they did intentionally to increase bill as I had cashless Mediclaim. Second for every bell call most of the time we had to wait for almost 5-10 minutes for someone to attend. On the third day I had to sleep whithout bedsheet and pillow cover as they had no extra covers available with them. Food and cleanliness of the hospital is very good and hygienic. Given one star for that only or else wouldn't had given any star. Last but not least if you have good money then only visit this hospital for any treatment.

I was admitted with chest pain later had breathlessness was promptly managed by the doctors and nursing staff at sai hospital. I was diagnosed with single vessel coronary artery disease and underwent angioplasty and got discharged in time. Super satisfied with service and cost effective treatment provided by doctor and their team.

The doctors are highly trained, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. The room service, food service, and overall care are simply fantastic.
