I had a good experience at Shree Hospital in Kalyan West. The hospital is well-maintained and the services are efficient. I especially want to appreciate the reception staff -- they were very supportive, cooperative, and patient throughout. They helped with the paperwork, guided us clearly, and ensured a smooth process from registration to consultation. Their polite behavior made the experience less stressful.

Recently my mother got discharged from Dr. Godbole's Shree Hospital. All the staff are very cooperative, supportive and soft spoken. All the doctors and sisters are determined and very caring. Everyone supported and encouraged a lot during my mother's Treatment Very Thankful to all staff member of shree hospital.

A Positive Experience at Dr Godbole Shree Hospital. I recently received excellent care at Dr Godbole Shree Hospital. The staff, from doctors to nurses, were highly professional and compassionate. Their knowledge and experience were evident in their treatment plans. I was particularly impressed by the hospital's commitment to patient well-being. There was no unnecessary testing or medication prescribed, and the rates were reasonable. While the building itself may be older, it is well-maintained and clean. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr Godbole Shree Hospital for anyone seeking quality healthcare.

I had scheduled a prior appointment with the dermatologist for 11:30 AM. I reached the hospital at 12:00 PM and, to my surprise, received a call at that very moment informing me that the doctor was unavailable. When I questioned the late notification, your staff member Ms. Rinki claimed that she had called me "several times," which is completely false. Upon asking her to show the call log, she could only produce one call at 8:31 AM. Clearly, there were no further attempts to contact me. If the doctor was unavailable, courtesy and protocol demand that multiple follow-up calls be made, especially 1-2 hours before the OPD timing, to give patients reasonable notice. She spoke in an extremely rude manner, with disrespectful body language, and used the words "EXCUSE ME" in an egotistical and condescending tone, making the entire interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. This kind of behaviour reflects poorly on a hospital's professional standards.

The consultation charges are unnecessary extra comparative to many other metro cities, including New Mumbai and Pune, additionally they forcefully ask individuals to do unnecessary tests, ( which dont have direct connections to diagnosis and treatment ) and mandates patients to do all the tests from hospital itself, which is very costly given the market price and they don't accept outside test...providing health services has just become business these days. For ex: For casual shoulder pain they asked me to do, ECG, Blood test, and Chest Xray, additionally they have waited me for 2 hours, when i called for an appointment, and requested to call me when my number will come, she replied rudely"aamhaalaa baakii kaam pnn astaat " along with it, their building have network issues, and they don't provide WIFI, therefore online payment is not a smooth option at this hospital.

Regarding my experience at Shree hospital it was great. My aunt received perfect treatment and got discharged yesterday. I was really happy to see that Dr. Godbole madam was personally conducting staff training on infection control' and overall hygiene at different levels. Keep it up. Regards

If the facility or its doctors are unable to provide the necessary treatment, they should promptly guide the patient to a better-equipped hospital for the required care. The well-being of the patient should always be the top priority.
