**Review: Mixed Experience** I had a mixed experience with this hospital. On the positive side, the infrastructure is well-maintained, and the environment is pleasant and conducive to recovery. The cleanliness and overall atmosphere are impressive. However, the service left much to be desired. The reception team was inconsistent--while some receptionists were cooperative and helpful, others were not accommodating and seemed indifferent. This lack of uniformity in attitude was frustrating. Additionally, they forgot to provide a day's meal to the patient and delayed the afternoon meal until 3 PM, which was quite inconvenient. The charges are also on the higher side, which adds to the disappointment when the service doesn't meet expectations. While the hospital's facilities are good, management needs to address these service issues and ensure better cooperation and efficiency among staff to justify the high costs.

I would like to share my recent experience at Oasis Hospital, which was quite distressing. My mother was hospitalized there due to serious breathing issues and low blood pressure. During her stay, I observed that the nursing and ground staff were not only unprofessional but also displayed a lack of compassion. I was particularly troubled by the way some staff members spoke to patients, including my 62-year-old mother, which felt completely unacceptable. Given this experience, I cannot recommend Oasis Hospital to anyone seeking medical care. I urge everyone to consider other reputable hospitals that prioritize patient care and respect. Every patient they are sending to ICU only to earn money 15k per day. Nurse are not experienced.Proper attention not given to patient.Junior doctor also not giving attention and guidance to nurse. Patient had to remind nurse to take blood for report and checkup again and again. Not worth it according to charges.Very costly.

First of all, I would like to thank the doctors of Oasis Hospital from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Parag Telavane, Dr. Rajesh Pakhare, Dr. Ganesh Shirsath, Dr. Dayanand Dhekane Sir, today I am living my life again like before, only because of the doctors of Oasis Hospital. My name is Amlesh Mandal. God had put me in a big problem at a very young age. On 23.3.25 a very big accident happened with me. While working in the company my hand got stuck in the company's machine due to which my right hand was completely cut. I never thought that this would ever happen. It was so bad that after looking at it I did not even feel that my hand would ever get better. But God had put me in this problem and to get it out, a doctor like God was sent for me. 23. 3.25. I was admitted in Oasis hospital. I did not have any hope but after coming to Oasis hospital the doctor explained to me very lovingly and told me that an operation would have to be done and everything will be fine and then my treatment was started very quickly and my operation was done on 23.3.25 itself. Surgery name- Right palm revascularization with wire done for index, middle, ring, little finger. I was also taken care of very well after the surgery. There was no shortage of anything in the hospital. I am like a family. Eating and breakfast in Oasis Hospital were the responsibility of the hospital people. So many facilities, all are provided by the hospital and despite being such a big hospital, their charges are also very low and affordable for everyone. I have shared my experience with you all and I will only say that if anyone needs hospitalization, then definitely go to Oasis Hospital and avail the best treatment for yourself and your family. Other hospitals were not ready to take our patient after accident but Dr ganesh shirsath was so kind that he took care of our patient and performed knee replacement surgery our patient was discharged after 5 days and is now feeling better.
