I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent healthcare treatment we received from the doctors, nurses, and cleaning staff, who were all outstanding. But on reception experience was worst wail billing. However, I must report a deeply concerning incident involving the receptionist on duty on july 21, 2025, at approximately 9:10 PM. She was highly unprofessional and verbally abusive towards everyone. When we simply asked a question, she became agitated and rudely stated her desire to go home. Given that hospital visitors are often under significant emotional stress and may be dealing with depression, it is imperative that all staff, especially those in patient-facing roles, possess the necessary skills to manage interactions with sensitivity and respect. We respectfully request that this individual be reassigned from the reception area, as her inability to handle patients and their families appropriately created a very distressing environment. Doctor shailesh shah is not only skilled but also incredibly courteous and attentive to patients' needs. Having zero ego in such a demanding profession is truly commendable.

Doctors are very polite but staff wasn't, No one visited at the night to see the patient, then what kind of nurse charges are charge at the time of billing.... And don't ever go for specialist doctor there charges are too much high not even check up . ( Went for stomach problem but not even check up and charge 1000 rs )

*Hospital area is large. *Parking is available. *Usually crowd is there. *Sitting arrangement is available. *Hospital is easily visible from any vehicle. *Receptionist co-operates and help you actively in hospital as well as on call. *Reasonable rates. *Quick service. *Interior and atmosphere is good. *MRI,CT scan and other facilities are available in the Hospital. *Clean and very well maintained. *Sanitization facilities are also good.

The most worst hospital in the the whole wide world. It's very stinky, has tonnes of mosquitos and bees. The staff are the most useless once they are so arrogant, irresponsible, and lazy. The hospital dosen't even have chairs to sit. There is only one common bathroom for all 15 patients. They don't have washbasins and the washrooms are super dirty always filled with poo. I mean the municipal toilets are way better than this. I wish I could give some really bad words
