Doctors and Nurses are good. Correct treatment given BUT No hygiene.. Rooms are very bad.. Janitors visit your room for cleaning but they do it just for the name sake..

Excellent Experience at Sanjeevani Hospital, Lonavala I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at Sanjeevani Hospital, Lonavala for their outstanding care and support during my mother's hip bone surgery. From the moment we were admitted, the doctors and all the staff were extremely cooperative, compassionate, and professional. The surgery was successful, and my mother is now recovering well -- all thanks to the expertise of the doctors and the continuous support provided post-surgery. A special thanks to the medical staff and nurses who were always available, kind, and attentive. We felt safe and confident throughout the treatment. Grateful once again to Sanjeevani Hospital for giving my mother a second chance to walk well again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality care in Lonavala.

Treatment are good and endorscopy/gastroscopy was done in quick time. Staff was also good Timing given for doctor visit was not prefect it got delayed by 2 hours.

My relative was taken to the emergency due to heart attack. Doctor declared him brought dead without even trying CPR. Lack transparency.

We had admitted my father 3 years back during peak covid time on his boss's recommendation. We were so disappointed by the pathetic service provided by the hospital. Entire staff is Zero in the name of dedication. 1.The ICU was kept like a general ward, all the beds were kept very close to each other in order to accomodate more beds (=more money). 2. They were feeding Real juice to my father when he was admitted in ICU on ventilation.(Doctors advise against the juice as it causes dehydration. So how does giving a dehydrating juice to a patient affected by Covid make sense?). I had made tomato juice to give him but the hospital didn't allow it. I wonder why! 3. They've crossed the limits of being shameless and careless. When a patient died on the next bed and all the relatives came crying, the staff didn't bother to cover the body of the patient or hiding the dead body behind a green screen. The relatives were all howling while my father on the next bed, who was already scared for his life, lost complete faith in the treatment and the hospital and he tried to run away. Have been to n number of hospitals for other relatives as well as visited a few being a part of the health industry myself but by far this has been the worst hospital. They don't even care about maintaining the spirits of their patients, let alone their nutritional needs. Irony is that they call themselves a hospital while they lack basic humanity. 4. After all this struggle, the strong man that he was, he still kept fighting and was declared Covid negative. But guess what, he constantly kept checking his saturation to see if there's any improvement but to no avail as had developed secondary infection (noscomial infection). What else could we expect from such a caring hospital! The point is that they have commercialized the hospital completely. All they want is money. No care for life. Lost my father due to sheer negligence and arrogance of the nurses, staff and the doctor. Had to muster the courage to put this out after 3 whole years. Please don't rely on them with the lives of your loved ones You can find a better one instead. We had no other option because it was peak covid time during April 2021 and we tried at various hospitals but they were all full at that time except for this one. And now we know the reason why.
