My mother was hospitalized in Ranade Hospital for her total knee replacement (TKR). The surgery was successful, and before the operation, the consulting doctor provided an excellent and detailed explanation about the implant, including its quality, life expectancy, and cost.However, there were several issues post-operation. The first bandages were not changed on time. For medical insurance, forms are only filled out on Sundays, which was very inconvenient for us as we had to travel 200 km for the operation. Additionally, the room rent listed on the discharge summary was much lower than what we were charged at the time of payment.The operations management was poor, especially for outpatient department (OPD) post-discharge follow-ups. We had to wait for 3-4 hours unless we had internal connections.Overall rating: Pre- and post-op treatment by senior doctors: 4/5 Surgery and counseling: 5/5 Hospital operations: 1/5 Communication with patients and within the doctor/nurse staff: 2/5 Documentation: 1/5

Problem is in lady sit behind counter. She always shouting on people who is in need. Dr please control her. Suyog brother is very polite staff among all.overall service is good. The lady behind counter doesn't pick up call and whenever by mistakly she picked up call then she rejected patients call acting like Head of hospital. What the hell is going on!!

Worst staff including receptionist!
