My parents were admitted here. They firstly said they will admit in ICU and charge normal ward rates. Stop there its a BIG SCAM. They unnecessarily charge for a stupid monitor and SPO2 Monitor which is totally not needed and literally doubled my bill. I pray for this hospital and such thugs to die so badly and suffer the worst !

Yesterday my Daughter was operated for apendix bust surgery. Surgery was successful operated by Dr. Ritesh Naik Sir. I am unable express my gratitude and feelings in words for the way Dr.has successfull done surgery . I also thanks Dr. Bhakre sir for quick and prompt medical treatment. All staffs are helpful and cooperative. I thank you very much for the the whole team.

This hospital means big scam spot & there Dr & all staf Robber , these all staff behower not good.nd service also not good means very bad nd dirty

Let me share my experience. Summary: The staff is supportive. Most of the Nurses are friendly. Doctors are also good. Doctors may ask you to perform reports that aren't needed. Don't get surprise if one of the doctor suggest you to go for MRI if you report a normal headache :p weird. Detailed experience: 1. It was referred by my family physician (as only hospital in Dombivli with no Covid patients) and hence I took a decision to take admit my father 2. We reached hospital in morning 4am (oct 2020), and I couldn't find anyone to attend me. All the staff was sleeping. My family physician had to ring the hospital landline 3 times to wake them up. 3. Upon admission they by default performed some blood tests! Many of these were not related to my father's illness. 4. The nurses were quick enough to start the medication and my father started feeling better by morning. 5. RMO doctors were frequently visitng. One of them was little weird or over inteligent. I don't know. My father mentioned that he is having headache after medication started. he surprisingly recommended MRI (directly? Crocin be like, Should I end my career) 4. For acidity they took a Chest X-Ray and Renal Function test(related to kidney). Chest X-Ray, seriously ? 5. Even after confirming thrice with Doctor for discharge, the Nurse and accounting staff had no clue for it. I had to constantly remind them and follow up. 7. Once everyone was convinced the procedure took 30 mins and were allowed to leave. 8. For the bill- They charged me extra 1500 extra for first day as privileged charges of the head doctor apart from other charges which are 2100 for general ward per day inclusive of all. 9. They don't ask you to buy medicines and provide from their side only so that they can charge as per their convenience.

Best treatment and services from the hospital. Prices are high but you can negotiate with doctor as he helps in that. Only issue is with the Stairs as no other option to get inside the hospital.

Highly dis appointed by the management staff. Beds availability not proper. Poor management. All kios. For every single moment involvement of main Dr. is required for the staff. Whenever you say you have mediclaim facility available.. Dr always approach hospitalization only.

Worst hospital they are illiterate people who just don't know what a patient feels in pain. Action should be taken on doctor as well as staff. It is a request to people in dombivli toh please don not go to this hospital in any case. They just need money they are very unprofessional. The doctor himself panics the patient.

Horrible experience. Arrogant staff. They will take care of their money only not your health!!!
