My mother-in-law was recently admitted to [Apex Hospital ] for a bypass surgery, and I want to sincerely thank the entire team for the excellent care and support we received during this challenging time. From the very beginning, the staff was attentive, compassionate, and professional. The doctors took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The nurses and support staff were kind, responsive, and made sure my mother-in-law was cared for with great empathy. Post-surgery care was equally commendable - the recovery team was always present, encouraging and helping her through the healing process. The hospital environment was clean, well-maintained, and reassuring for both patients and their families. We are truly grateful to the entire team at [Apex Hospital] for making a difficult experience more manageable with their warmth and dedication. Highly recommended for cardiac care.

All staff members including admin (Heena Maam especially ) , nurses, reception, cleaners and doctors were extremely polite, well mannered, very helpful and professional. The cost is also very affordable. Food quality is up to the mark. Cleanliness and hygiene is well maintained. Great hospital. Just missing a lift and it would be perfect.

Apex Hospital is very good in term of providing service as patient care for treatment and also nursing staff , housing keeping and doctors are also very attentive and responsible every day to hospitalization. Thank you very much.

Worst experience ever. I contacted Apex Hospital for my treatment under MJPS or Ayushman Bharat scheme, as it is clearly mentioned on their website. After making me follow up for 20 days, they finally refused to provide treatment under these schemes. This is misleading and a complete waste of patients' time and hope.

The staff of nurses and doctors are very cooperative and explain everything in detail with patience. However the administration staff is slightly impolite. Additionally, some other major drawbacks include the absence of a lift and the lack of proper visitor scrutiny or an entry pass system.

Nursing staff for all shift is very cooperative and they have taken good care of my daughter. Thanking you for all support.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this hospital treats its patients. Every procedure is unnecessarily delayed, causing stress and discomfort. The staff lacks urgency and does not prioritize patient care as they should. The waiting times are unreasonably long, and there is a clear lack of efficiency in handling medical procedures. This kind of service is unacceptable in a healthcare facility where patients expect timely and proper treatment. I would not recommend this hospital unless they improve their management and patient care.

Extremely cooperative staff, Sisters and Dr. Ritesh Upadhyay who supported us from admission to discharge. Special mention to the house keeping staff who ensures cleanliness 24x7. Support staff is extremely supportive and approachable for any assistance required at all times.
