During my official tour, my wife (aged 50) experienced severe abdominal pain and persistent vomiting. She contacted KIMS Kingsway Hospital, Nagpur, and was promptly guided to the Emergency Unit. Upon arrival, she was immediately attended to and given primary medical care. She was subsequently admitted for inpatient treatment. I would like to place on record my sincere appreciation for the exceptional care and service extended during her stay. My father was admitted on the 5th of July 2025. He is a CKD patient and has also been diagnosed with esophageal cancer. He has been under treatment at your facility for the past month, but unfortunately, we are extremely disappointed with the quality of services provided. While the hospital presents a good impression in terms of infrastructure and appearance, the internal services--particularly the nursing care--have been severely lacking. Despite raising multiple concerns and making repeated calls to the nursing station regarding my father's condition, the response has been highly unprofessional. In many instances, the staff seemed unsure of what action to take and displayed a clear lack of urgency and care. For an institution with such a reputable name, this level of service is unacceptable. We sincerely urge the management to take this matter seriously and address these service gaps to uphold the dignity and trust associated with your hospital. kims kingways nice hospital,when my mother admitted i met mr rupesh bhadade(floor manager), he guide us and resolving so many issues and other staff nurses,doctors ,are also good.but best thanks to floor coordinator(Mr. Rupesh)
