My wife was recently admitted for a K-wire surgery and today I'm being discharged. I want to sincerely thank the entire hospital staff for their excellent care and support. Special thanks to the doctors for their expert treatment, the nurses for their kindness and round the -clock Care, and the compounder (Mama) Staff for their helpful attitude. everyone was very cooperative, polite and professional throughout my stay. This positive experience truly made my wife's recovery smoother.

We have been visiting this hospital for quite some time now. While some doctors are good and behave professionally, the overall patient management experience--especially OPD appointment handling--is very frustrating. We visit Dr Bharat Trivedi The OPD number system is poorly managed. Even after booking an appointment 3 months in advance, we still have to wait at least 2 hours or more to see the doctor. When I asked politely if arriving early would help in getting my number sooner, the reply was rude and dismissive: "Sir, ithe 100 patients ahet, nahi sangu shakat kadhi lagel, 3-4 la ya." Even the reception response was unhelpful: "Sir, ithe evadhe patients disata ahet, evadhe alele ahe, lagel tumacha number." This kind of attitude makes patients and families feel neglected, especially when they are already under stress. Another concern is the lack of proper explanation from doctors regarding diagnosis or precautions. Reports are seen quickly, and prescriptions are handed out without much interaction or clarity. Additionally, medicines prescribed are often unavailable locally, and we are forced to get them from a specific pharmacy in Nashik. No alternatives are suggested, which raises a question--why are doctors recommending only that specific brand? If the formula is the same, why aren't generics or alternatives offered? I am not trying to complain for the sake of it--but genuinely want to ask: What should a patient do in such cases? We pay a hefty consultation fee, book months in advance, and still end up waiting and running around for medicines, with little clarity on treatment. I hope the hospital management looks into improving patient experience--not just with better staff training but also with ethical prescription practices and improved OPD handling.

Well managed very clean and well spoken polite staff. Good healthy feeling inside the hospital. Good panel of well educated specialists doctors. Booking appointment on phone is required but in hospital first come first serve is followed. Good seating arrangements and proper first come first is followed. Payment by cash or card UPI. Parking is full and street parking is also full mostly so bring your luck along
