The medical store associated with them is a complete fraud. They sold me a leaking bottle, and when I reported it, the staff initially refused to take it back. After repeated requests, he finally took the bottle, but then ignored my calls for two months. When he finally responded, he rudely demanded that I pay 30% extra for the replacement. The person handling this is completely unprofessional, illiterate, and lacks even basic manners. Despite multiple requests, he refused to cooperate. Pathetic service!
