SAAOL Heart Center - Vashi

Regarding New Location... Dear Dr. Bimal sir and management team, It is observed that new location at Sanpada is worst decision taken by your management team, lots of problem faced during first session at new location i have to discontinued this therapy due to new location, problem are as below: 1) Inclined climbing two stores for car parking which make heart patient more fear and increase heart rate. 2) After climbing two stores then parking issue. 3) Three lifts or elevators are there but lots of waiting. 4) 14th floor in elevator heart patient having anxiety. 5) there is no ventilation in ECP room. very congested area. 6) One common washroom which is more compromised in patient hygiene 7) I am discontinued my sitting from saaol for only just for location. my mother is being treated in your institution but she got scared for facing all above mentioned issues. It is requested to Saaol Management Team to change the location as consideration of Heart Patient. your service is best among all therapy. for Saaol does not required any station or bus stand to be nearby its all about services. in vashi branch you have fabulous staff entire team including dr. Yashodeep all are very nice, handling patient and hospitality. Requested management Team to look after in this matter in utmost priority. please change the location preferably ground floor. like previous one at any where in vashi. Kindly do the needful. I had come for follow up and medication( IV), had to wait long for lift and center is having only single washroom.Vashi old location was good. 14 th floor for heart patients is very risky, request to saool heart center to please change the location.

Very nice whole procedure of EECP and Chelation is done . Dr sahab and other staff is very cooperative and open to listen and solving every querry .

New location of the centre is not good lift Shakes... waiting time for lift is too long...14th floor for heart patient is too difficult. Never seen any heart clinic at 14th floor. Felt breathless after visiting.

I had visited the center in the month of Oct 21 for blockages. After taking the prescribed treatment of BCA and EECP did the CT Angiography again and found that there was a huge improvement in my blockages . Would like to thank the complete management of SAOOL especially Dr Mishra for the guidance and Dr Yashodeep for the actual treatment that today am able to live a normal life Thankyou once again

Excellent treatment. Fabulous and courteous staff. Doctor at saaol takes personal care of the patient during treatment. Overall excellent place to under go treatment.

Saaol-Vashi ,Navimumbai center not picking up phone.It has happened couple of times.It gives poorest service as they earn huge money on testing itself.Patient wil die waiting for them to receive call

They are not money minded, gives true advice to u, they don't do surgery unless it require. Very good guidence.
