The staff is very polite, very caring, takes care of everyone, doctors are very qualified. Explains everything well to every patient,special thanks to Dr.Sagar,Dr.Jawed,Dr.Sonal,Dr.Rutuja And all the doctors whose names I don't know......Hari Singh is very hard working and expert in cleaning and keeps the entire hospital and iccu clean.speciall thanks to Pranita & Veena sister

Bad experience.. waited for almost an hr for 2d Echo report with my 70 yrs age mother. They kepton waiting me for an hour. My mother was tired didn't have anything since morning. I told them regularly but there was no favourable response. Nowadays Government and municipality hospital seems to have quck response.

Very slow service in hospital no one cares of patient and taking so much time to any treatment and im still saying everyone is free but every time saying please take time

It will be a great mistake if someone goes to this hospital for Maternity or deliver your baby as we did. I visited there for my maternity treatment till last moment the Doctor(Dr.Sujaya Gaikwad) make me fool that they will do the normal delivery only & at the last moment she did the cesarean. After my surgery my family & me enquire with other admitted patients, all babies are delivered through cesarean only. Please do not visit this hospital for your maternity need. We have faced so many other issues as mentioned below: 1.No hygiene ( Sweeper ladies are coming to sponge your baby.) 2.Gyser is not in working condition. 3.No cleaning of floors on regular basis. 4.No changing & cleaning of beds on time. There is any lactation consultant who guide you for your breastfeeding journey. I am facing lots of issues in breastfeeding journey also as they have not guided me properly after first golden hour of baby birth for breastfeeding they directly put him on formula feed. So request you to please do not visit this hospital for your maternity.

My father was admitted here for angioplasty and the angioplasty was done for free on MJPJY scheme in this hospital.

Third class hospital for Maternity plz do not visit .Worse facilities & doctors. Mrs.Sujata Gaikwad is not at all supportive for normal delivery she always chooses cesarean delivery. Help yourself by not choosing this hospital for your maternity needs.

I went to Shusrusha Hospital with my mother regarding my chest issue and consulted Dr. Pramod Gite. He performed an ECG and an echocardiography on me, and we were charged a bill of 2150. Without consulting us, he left, and I was not given any treatment, medicine, or prescription. He simply told the receptionist to inform us that the patient has no problem. This is very wrong, and I request that action be taken against Dr. Pramod Gite.

Very very bad service,, very very disappointed , nobody attention even though I told the bell of the room to be closed 10 times, all the treatment is told by RMO, the main doctor doesn't come, they don't tell the patient clearly what happened, the doctor pretends to take an opinion, they just act. I asked for discharge, then rudely speaking to me, they reply very rudely. When talking about the deluxe room, they said 3000 per day, keeping 1 day in the deluxe room, they will bill as 5000 per day for 3 days, there is no management at all. The sister went to say something that the kettle is hotter than the tea. Service is not good at all. not recommended.
