My experience with Sparsh Hospital Panvel has been nothing short of traumatic, and I feel it's my responsibility to share this publicly so others don't have to go through the same ordeal. From the very beginning, the doctors showed a complete lack of communication. They would prescribe medicines and order tests without explaining the medical condition, treatment plan, or possible risks. We were left anxious and uninformed throughout my mother's treatment. The ICU environment was extremely unprofessional -- nurses were laughing and talking loudly, completely disregarding the need for a calm and restful environment for my mother who was continuously suffering from severe panic attacks. Basic hygiene protocols were not followed. The surgical tools and dressing materials were clearly unhygienic, leading to my mother developing a severe post-surgery infection at the incision site. Due to ongoing negligence, the infection eventually mutated into E. coli, a serious bacterial infection. This condition persisted for almost a year and severely impacted my mother's health. Inside the operation theatre, doctors were seen wearing regular shoes, which is a clear violation of sterile surgical procedures. This raises serious questions about the hospital's cleanliness and commitment to patient safety. What's worse is the financial exploitation. We were charged 300 for each dressing and an additional 200+ for basic materials like gloves, cotton, and antiseptic. Shockingly, the doctor forced my mother to come to the hospital every single day for dressing, charging 500 each time. There was no medical reason provided for these repeated visits -- it felt like nothing more than a way to extract money from us. Despite clear signs of worsening infection, a swab was taken without proper sanitation. Instead of improving, her condition worsened. Dr. Sachin Nalawade never informed us about the E. coli infection and kept prescribing antibiotics for months. This long-term use not only failed to cure the infection but also led to further health complications like a urinary tract infection (UTI). The worst moment came when my mother suffered a panic attack right in front of the doctors, and they coldly said, "We can't do anything," offering no emotional or medical support. This level of insensitivity and mental harassment is unacceptable. Finally, we consulted a different doctor at another hospital, who clearly told us that the medicines prescribed by Sparsh were never appropriate for recovery. I strongly advise anyone seeking medical treatment to think twice before trusting this facility.

Well managed, professional caretakers and completely clean and sanitised hospital. All necessary measures are followed by the staff to take good care of patients. We had an amazing experience during my period of treatment. Dr. Rohit Nalavade an amazing doctor who explained us the correct procedure for the surgery and answered all our queries with lots of patience and to our satisfaction. I have not experienced such a Doctor who has such an amazing knowledge. You might find more hospitals in panvel, but my experience was amazing at sparsh hopital. The Nurses are all well trained and take good care of the patients.
