Vijay Clinic

My experience at Vijay Clinic was quite disappointing due to several issues that need immediate attention. Lack of Basic Amenities - The clinic does not have a Western toilet, which is essential for elderly patients and those with mobility issues. When questioned, the doctor and his assistant casually suggested using a chair instead--this response was not only impractical but also disrespectful to patient dignity. A proper facility should be a basic requirement in any healthcare center. Poor Patient Prioritization - The clinic fails to prioritize patients who need urgent medical attention. The rigid token system seems to take precedence over patient needs, raising concerns about the level of care provided. Arrogant Staff Behavior - The assistants are rude and lack basic courtesy when dealing with patients. Patients are made to feel inferior rather than receiving the respect they deserve. It raises the question--would they treat their own family members the same way? Lack of Professionalism from Dr. Vijay - A good doctor not only treats illnesses but also ensures patient comfort and well-being. Dr. Vijay appears dismissive of feedback and does not see the necessity of upgrading his clinic's facilities. I would highly recommend that he visit reputed hospitals like Apollo to understand how a patient-friendly environment is maintained. Prescribing Unbranded Medicines - Instead of prioritizing the patient's health, there seems to be a focus on prescribing unbranded medications, which raises concerns about whether cost-cutting is being prioritized over effective treatment. I sincerely hope Dr. Vijay takes this feedback constructively. A good medical practice should be built on compassion, professionalism, and proper infrastructure, not just the number of patients seen in a day. Would appreciate a response from the clinic if they genuinely care about improving their services. Most of reviews (5 star) without descriptions are fake. Don't go by overall rating.

I went last this hospital I admit my father in law. I am thirsty after some time I ask for water to in receptionist in 2nd flour she reply in our hospital no water for patient and take carer patient. They no water in hospital. Ther is one vijay medical in medical he have only sunrich water bottles.they raising bill to much but without water how it is survived the patients. This is not good

The behaviour of staff and Dr was rude Waste of time waste of money and the behaviour with patients was also very rude .. Dr was not find the problem of patients just giving medicine and makes bill.. plzz yaha maat jao it is worst hospital...

Arrogance is at peak! Receptionist sucks! Management should think of it take action. We have been told that Dr Vijay Patil will come but he never! For doctor, meetings took higher precedence than the patients. When you go here, forget about hygiene! Not sure how can a hospital be maintain such a bad hygienic place! worst!

Such a bad hospital Dr. Vijay only don't know the present condition of patients &such a great things that consultant physician only do the 2 D echo of heart instead of cardiologist

Wonderful experience with Vijay Clinic. Dr. Vijay Patil Sir is a great general physician so kind he is Gold Medalist in MD medicine. and the staff is always helpful and kind. I am so glad I chose Vijay Clinic and would highly recommend to anyone.

All staff, nurses and doctors are excelent. , treatment is very good , Good & well maintain of rooms. Best institute in Omeraga.

Doctor is best but staff is pathetic.. they don't follow the sequence as per known and money person they allow them first so ultimately u keep on waiting for your turn... But hospital is good..
