I recently visited Sahyadri Hospital for my first-ever corporate annual health checkup, and overall, it was a great experience. The staff was warm, friendly, and very prompt in assisting me through each step of the process. From the receptionist to the lab assistants, everyone was courteous and well-informed, which made the entire checkup smooth and stress-free.
They had also arranged breakfast for patients, which is a thoughtful gesture. However, there's room for a bit of improvement in this area--the serving plates looked slightly shabby, and the watermelon was not covered, which could be more hygienically handled.
That said, the quality of service and the professionalism of the staff truly stood out. I appreciate their support and care throughout the checkup. Kudos to the Sahyadri Hospital team!

However, the doctor consultation could have been better. Did not engage much during the consultation. Instead of having a two-way discussion, I was simply asked if I had any current health issues, without any proactive questions or explanation about my test results.
I was expecting a more thorough interaction--perhaps a discussion about the findings, preventive measures, or any lifestyle advics.
