Parkar Hospital

I found Parkar Hospital to be well-maintained, and the staff is very cooperative and courteous. I would especially like to appreciate Miss Priyanka at the reception--she is extremely cooperative, polite, and hardworking. Her dedication to assisting patients is commendable. However, I would like to suggest that the management consider appointing additional staff at the reception desk to support her. During busy hours, having extra help could improve efficiency and reduce waiting time for patients. Overall, I had a positive experience and thank the hospital team for their service.

Excellent Experience at the Medical Centre I recently visited for a medical test and had a very smooth and professional experience. The process was well-organized and the staff was courteous throughout. I would especially like to appreciate Mrs. Seema at the reception -- she was extremely helpful, polite, and made the entire check-in process quick and hassle-free. Her warm and welcoming attitude truly stood out and made a positive difference to my visit. Highly recommended!

Our family had a very disappointing experience at Parker Hospital during our stay of 6-7 days. Poor communication: The nurses and sisters were not cooperative, and there was a serious lack of coordination among the staff. Lack of patient care: When shifting the patient from the operation theatre to the room, they did not take proper care to ensure comfort or safety. Even basic considerations, like checking if the patient was feeling hot or uncomfortable, were ignored. Unprofessional handling of insurance: We had requested them to initiate the cashless insurance process well in advance, but they only submitted the request at 3-4 PM on the day of discharge. The insurance company raised some queries by 6:30 PM, which caused unnecessary delays. The patient was left waiting for the discharge process until 8 PM. Overall, the level of hospitality needs serious improvement. This was one of the worst hospital experiences we have had, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously.

I had a great experience at parkar Hospital. The staff were courteous, the doctors were highly professional, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Special thanks to Dr. Yadav Amit for the excellent care. Highly recommended!

My experience at this hospital was beyond terrible--it was downright unsafe and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this facility is a disaster in every possible way. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. The receptionist was dismissive, and the nurses acted like they couldn't be bothered to do their jobs. When I asked for assistance, I was either ignored or met with sarcastic remarks. It's shocking that people with such poor attitudes are allowed to work in healthcare. The rooms were in an appalling condition. The one I was assigned to was dirty, with stains on the walls and floors. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The room had no proper ventilation, making it feel stuffy and suffocating. The only fan in the room ran at one speed--slow and useless--and did nothing to improve the air quality. To make matters worse, there were basic electrical issues that made the room feel unsafe. The power ports didn't work.The fan, as I mentioned, was completely ineffective. It's unbelievable that a hospital would neglect such critical infrastructure. When I tried to raise these issues with the management, I was met with excuses and indifference. They clearly don't care about patient safety or comfort. This hospital is a prime example of how *not* to run a healthcare facility. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. It's unclean, unsafe, and staffed by people who shouldn't be working in healthcare. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere--this hospital is waste of money

I had a very positive experience at parkar hospital during my recent stay for grandfather opretion . From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, efficient, and genuinely caring, making what could have been a stressful situation feel comfortable and reassuring.

Genuinely I would say the satff was very friendly and very caring. Also we didn't felt needy or to be helped the nurses and the other staff were very helping and very competent. Really I would say they all took nice care of our patient and were always welcoming and down-to-earth. The atmosphere was also very delightful didn't felt like we were in a hospital. Overall all very kind people to take care and genuine work was done by them, very ethical at work yet a joyful happy surrounding at the hospital. Thanks to the everyone and specially the staff and doctors operating. Thank you for you care and medication.

I visited for my annual health check up,Receptionist and staffs well behaved and provided detailed info regarding my checkup and sample collection done smoothly with timely reports collection.
