Very bad service and complete lack of patient care.
The doctor behaves arrogantly with the patient's relatives. There is no proper cleaning or hygiene maintained. Consultation fees are extremely high.
Each day, new and unnecessary blood tests are added, clearly showing a monopoly with their own diagnostic lab and lab assistants. The treatment process is very slow, and there is no early recovery observed in patients. The treatment plan keeps changing daily without clear justification.
At the end, the final bill amount is shockingly high, and there is absolutely no room for compromise. The hospital has its own in-house pharmacy where medicine prices are already inflated. Although they claim to give a 10% discount, the rates are much higher than the standard prices elsewhere, making the discount meaningless.
A very ridiculous and disappointing experience. I strongly do not recommend this hospital to anyone. There is no genuine care for the patient.
