I had a very disappointing experience at Patil Heart Care Center due to the rude and arrogant behavior of the receptionist at the front desk. As the first point of contact, reception staff should be welcoming and professional--especially in a heart care center, where many patients are already anxious and in need of compassion. I gave single star only for reception and a lady who take file to doctor. reception and a lady both are very arrogant. They never allow serious patients urgently rather they don't understand the seriousness both are not kind hearted. # I mentioned that Both Dr kaushik Patil and Mrs kaushik Patil are very kind and brilliant and down to earth. Unfortunately, the receptionist I dealt with was dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed irritated by basic questions. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting and reflects poorly on the entire facility. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue. Patients deserve respect and kindness from everyone on staff, not just the doctors.

I had a very disappointing experience with Patil Heart Care center's Dr. Koushik Patil and his team. The patient management was absolutely pathetic--we had to wait for three hours just for a basic consultation. Despite the long wait, the initial check-up was rushed and not done properly. The assistant doctors seemed uninterested in their responsibilities, and vital checks related to heart condition were conducted without due care and attention. It felt like the staff was simply going through the motions rather than ensuring accurate readings. The doctor himself was dismissive and unapproachable. He barely provided any explanation, offering only one-liner responses to critical questions. There was no effort to reassure or properly inform the patient's family about the diagnosis or treatment plan. If a question was repeated, the doctor became visibly irritated, showing a lack of patience and empathy, especially towards senior citizens who may need more clarity due to their age and anxiety. Adding to the discomfort, the washroom facilities are extremely poor, making it even more difficult for patients who are already struggling with health issues. Even patients who have undergone angioplasty are forced to wait for 5-6 hours outside before getting checked, which is deeply disturbing to witness. The state of care for elderly and heart patients is appalling, and it is clear that this place operates more like a money-minting business rather than a healthcare facility with empathy for patients. The staff at the reception is rude and just like their boss no humanity towards the patient. Overall, this experience has left us frustrated and deeply dissatisfied.

If you are searching a trust worthy talent for heart disease, Dr. Koushik Patil is the best doctor in Satara. Very polite, thorough check up, good councillor and perfect diagnosis. My father had a heart attack couple of years back and undergone for angioplasty in the age of 70 years. I feel proud that we took a good decision and my father was in safe hands. I am very thankful to Dr. Koushik Patil for saving his life and making our life happy again... I trust and recommend - Dr. Koushik Patil.

An Irresponsible and Negligent Experience with Dr. Kaushik Patil It is with immense grief and frustration that I share my experience with Dr. Kaushik Patil, whose negligence and irresponsibility contributed to the loss of my mother May 2023. From the beginning, Dr. Patil instilled unnecessary fear in us by exaggerating her condition, stating that she couldn't travel due to health risks--claims that later proved baseless. We trusted his judgment and followed his advice, but it became evident that his primary concern was financial gain rather than my mother's well-being. Despite the severity of her condition, he failed to conduct a crucial 2D Echo test to assess her heart's functionality. After her tragic passing, when questioned about this glaring oversight, his response was shockingly dismissive--he simply stated that the situation was now out of his control. This lack of accountability and empathy was devastating for us as a grieving family. Dr. Patil's approach left us feeling misled, neglected, and betrayed. He earned our trust and substantial fees, only to raise his hands when it mattered the most. Such behavior is deeply unprofessional and unacceptable in a medical practitioner.

Dr. Kaushik Patil provided exceptional care. Their expertise and clear communication made me feel confident in my father's treatment. He was attentive, empathetic, and respectful throughout my appointments. Wait times were minimal, and scheduling was easy. Overall, I highly recommend Patil heart care centre for their quality of care and professionalism.

Dr. Koushik Patil is an amazing competent cardiologist and great human being. Two years ago my father got cardiac arrest, under his medical treatment, care and regular follow up my father's health has improved a lot. We are fortunate to have such a nice doctor.

Dr Kaushik Patil provided exceptional care to my father. He early on diagnosed the situation and recommended angioplasty for my father. I am based in US and was concerned however Dr candidly exaplained my father's condition to me and clearly outlined the path forward. He successfully completed rhe process and my father is doing well - almost back to normal after 3-4 months post angioplasty. Its great to have such an experiencd Dr in Satara.
