Dr Rizwan having good experience in his field, always Positive talking with patient. In last 8- 9 Year we connected with Dr Rizwan Sir. Recently due to medical emergency my Father got hospitalized in Apex Hospital, Vijapur Road, Solapur. we seen the hospital team response was good for attending the patient in emergency case. During hospitalization period Attending Dr. Brother's, Sister's and other staff members giving best possible service. Yes, They are strict to rules,(Yes they should be) but the way of passing message is always politely which is Appreciable. One good observation is, Night shift team taking some rest in rotation. Which is good for Best service. ( Again on situation basis they are taking call ). Housekeeping is good, if any suggestions our side, Apex Team taking positively. And at the end, I would say Thank you for Dr. Rizwan and his Team for good treatment, good hospital facility, understanding patient and parents. I seen quality of work methods, safety, hard work, Punctual , Work dedication Of Dr, Brothers, Sisters, office staff and MAMA and MAVSHI, who is taking care of Patient-people's. Improvement point is, improve follow-up OPD patient attending process, method. Not getting clear message about OPD time. If Dr. is in Busy in OT. convey message to patient so, patient will mentally prepared for waiting time, specially out side OPD people's. Update Hospital Details on Google web site, still showing Hotgi Road. ( TPA record) >Display TPA Service Vendor list. Give Appreciation to team for their good behaviour. Start with Thanks Note. (On WhatsApp group / Email) Provide Night stay facility for at list one person.(for ICU patient parents ) Display DO's and Don't ( with Image Visual instructions) For patients family members.

Amazing Doctor, I never seen such kind of humble Doctor in my Life. My Father was having an minor attack within 4 days the doctor and staff treated very nice. 1. Doctor Explanation weather he is illlitrate or literate his Behaviour towards patients is amazing. 2. Staff is amazing they take care Like their family. 3. What I liked about the doctor is he is very simple human being.

Taking my mom's treatment from last 1 year and Rizwan sir diagnostic really very well. Very polite in nature and very cooperative staff too. Also, the fee is very low as compare to other MD doctors.

Worst staff Dr. Rizwaan should make sure how the staff should behave and treat paitient as well as their family and do the needful, as none treatment is free of cost, Specially educated doctor like shradda patil have no sense how to talk to paitient's family... Already a stressed family visits her or his family member... And she behaved at her worst, point out finger and even abuses... Seriously senseless staff Such doctor should be disqualified Politeness is what we expect from doctors, And shradda patil acted as if she doing it free of cost, Education leads to kindness and not madness

Worst Hospital.. Immediate stent failure occurred after angioplasty.. Now we are taking it pretty badly..

Very kind and courteous staff. Dr. Rizwan's cheerful and calm advise is very good for patient's recovery. Overall very good experience.
