As usual, the desk staff at the counter at Nephrology is very cordial especially Gauri Holkar Madam and her associates. Even the nursing staff there is very caring and prompt. I always feel very safe and secure here just because everyone is very careful about their patients. Though they all are professionals, they treat the patient like family. They all prove their motto "Patient First"... Even during the crowded schedules the staff manages everyone very well. No need to tell about the Doctors.... I recently visited the hospital for surgery and had a very positive experience. The hospital staff was courteous and supportive throughout my stay. The nurses were especially kind and helpful, always attentive to my needs. The doctors patiently answered all our questions and maintained a reassuring attitude, which made both the surgery and the recovery process much easier. The infrastructure was well-maintained, and the food provided was good. Overall, I'm grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire hospital team.

We've been consulting Dr. Yogesh Godge (Consultant Neurologist) and Dr. Prajakta Gupte (Consultant Psychiatrist) at Jupiter Hospital for over six months now, and their support has been nothing short of a lifeline -- both medically and emotionally. I just want to say one thing -- please do not show any discrimination. I was told that only one visitor pass is issued per patient. But I have seen that some influential people are bringing two to three visitors with their patient. How did the hospital issue two passes to such people? This is not right." In the hospital, the patient is taken care of properly. The nurses, doctors, and ward boys are very attentive and caring. I did not experience any kind of discrimination there.

The service provided was very good and swift. The staff is very polite and appreciate their hospitality. They timely attend the calls and maintain cleanliness. The food is served timely and the quality is awesome especially they serve bhakri instead for chapati which is a healthy option. The quality of food is also sufficient.

I recently underwent an ear operation at Jupiter Hospital, and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their exceptional service. Doctors provided expert care and communicated clearly throughout the process. The nursing staff was exceptionally compassionate and attentive, ensuring comfort and well-being at all times. The dietitian provided an excellent meal plan. The food services pantry provided nourishing meals accompanied by warm, friendly service. I truly appreciate Mr. Jaydev and his colleagues for being so supportive and helpful throughout the process.. The ward boys and housekeeping staff were also outstanding. Each of these teams made valuable contributions in both the ICU and the private suite, showcasing their dedication and skill. Their efforts helped ensure high-quality care for the patient.
