Swami sarvanand hospital service is day by day is becoming worst lady sitting at receptionist she don't ever have sense to talk to patient and people no politeness only shouting always they treat people as if they doing treatment totally free I have been there on Sunday 29july to do ECG there staff is doing ECG no trained staff or person there I ask for report she told you will get NXT day ECG report is generated immediately in machine I saw report was there she told Dr will examine report you will get NXT day only that too our timming till 4pm not after that I'm working person for collecting report I went to hospital NXT day receptionist told staff is not there you have sit and wait I told I have to leave office I waited there till 10am for single report that too what I got that same piece of paper ECG which was generated through machine on Sunday no description analysis nothing I don't understand when you have to give me same ECG paper it can be given on Sunday also same day what's the meaning in that I ask that lady staff she told "Yahi ppr rehta hai aap private mai ECG kar lo then what's the meaning of spending 150rs better I have spent more in private hospital have done ECG got my report same day also because of you ppl stupid ness I wasted my day in collecting report office leave I have to take.not all people are foolish fellow purposely harrassing people for small small things there staffs are all lazy they do work accordingly to there time when they want they don't ever value for person waiting. There staff is only decreasing hospital business word she said aap private mai kar lo test

Seriously they are just wasting our time third class service ever dr never come on given time just wait for dr for hour they are giving execuess nurses are rude not answering properly I wish there could be minus review option they are not doing anything for free even after paying full amount they are behaving like this?

Dr Rujuta Ahuja is very very late come in hospital she is time is 4pm sharp but she didn't come and now time is 4.57 pm...

Worst hospital ever. The staff and doctors treat patients as if they are treating patients with money out of their pockets. No respect for patient's time and health. Will only recommend people who can't afford medical expenses.

Very ridiculous, painful service at sarvanand hospital hence I humbly request don't go at sarvanand hospital.

The staff working in the hospital are very careless. They dont even inform the patients whether the doctor has arrived or not. Whenever I get into a telephonic conversation with them, they receive the phone but they the receiver is kept aside or else provide wrong information for doctors. This irresponsibility troubles the patients.

First thing is that they doesn't know how to talk and secondly they are not letting go patient after discharge as they are saying that paperwork is still ongoing since morning (after 6 hours) went to billing, billing lady is saying just 25 min back got your case so it will take 1 more hours.
