I recently visited Dr. Preeti Jaiswal for a consultation for my wife after booking a prior appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived at the hospital around 11 AM, but despite waiting until 3:30 PM, we were not able to meet the doctor. The hospital staff was uncooperative and did not provide any clear information regarding the delay. When we requested a refund of our consultation fee, they were reluctant and unhelpful. It took several attempts and a lot of bargaining just to get a refund. The overall experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend this clinic due to the poor management and lack of professionalism from the staff

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that I believe reflect broader management challenges mostly compounder and nurse staff is very bad behaviour which has Suresh compounder is very bad manner talking to Petient , i think we don't go like this hospital wasting of money where very bad staffs , if any emergency,we need to contact the doctor , nurse and compounder staffs they don't allow to talk the doctor and they replied very harshly to Petient
