Availed their treatment service for infant baby , i observed and experienced following points
Pros**
Sr. Doctors, Duty doctors and Nursing staffs are well trained and good behavior, they have done their duties very well compared to other private hospitals.
Cons**
* Receptionists are very rude, they are not fluent in English and Hindi language. (Acting like hospital management not providing her salary). I have seen one of receptionist watching YouTube on duty hours
* POS card payment facility is available at cash counter and pharmacy billing counter, but they will 18% gst for card debit /credit card usage ( I used my bank debit /credit cards all over india. I am never charged any amount if i use my cards).
* Hospital is not well maintained, bad smells in delux rooms and semi delux rooms, (don't know about general ward) floors also.
* Bit expensive compared to other hospital.
My good ratings only for doctors and nurses.
In total, hospital service recommended only if emergency. Rather is not preferred

My family is feeling blissful now that I was treated here at Jivan Hospital.
The utmost care and interventions carried out for 10 days by the nursing staff, x-ray technician & Doctor's were at the supreme. Even though it was kindda makeshift ward, I enjoyed open air and natural freshness rather than suffocated/conjusted, which also made faster recovery, I suppose as a covid pneumonia patient. Be safe & god blessed everyone. Cheers

State of the art hospital at Kakching which is around 40 Km from Imphal . This hospital have also emergency facilities along with all kind of medical facilities. They had also Nursing College..

A Good hospital for people around Kakching area. Has a good Gyanea and medicine doctor. Spread over lust green campus. Just behind Assam Rifles camp in Kakching Bazar. Very good friendly doctors and staffs. Also has a pharmacy inside where you can get almost all the medicine. A very good infrastructure and also has Ambulance services.
