I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the poor quality of services during a recent visit for my mother's treatment. The nursing staff was highly unprofessional and disruptive. In particular, I witnessed a nurse, Rajalakshmi Mohapatra, engaging in inappropriate behavior with a pharmacist within hospital premises. Despite witnessing their misconduct, there seemed to be no sense of accountability or shame--they continued their personal interactions openly, as if the hospital were a park rather than a place for serious medical care. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects a severe lapse in professional standards. I urge the administration to take immediate action. Hospitals are meant to provide care and comfort to patients, not to tolerate such behavior from the staff

I have been to Chitra hospital with one of my relative for the treatment, I got a very good service out there and the staffs are friendly. Doctor Priya Ranjan Parida is very renowned cardiologist, he takes care of patients personally and uses advance technology also. Excellent Hospital.

Worst hospital. A person life is nothing infront of them . Can't believe the whole hospital staff are careless that they don't even care about someone's life. Very much hurt about the hospital behaviour and carelessness. Doctors are worshipped because they save lives but some doctors like you are disgusting and you don't even deserve to be called as doctors. Please don't take your precious ones if they are in serious condition they only know how to take lives of people and they only know how to snatch money From people. They also didn't inform that the patient died and when we filed a complaint then they disclosed that the patient is no more. They only care about money. And a person's life is worthless in front of them

Very good hospital staff members and nurse very good in nature service is very good

I have been to many hospitals as my uncle is a cardiac patient but must say Dr.Priya Ranjan Parida is a excellent Doc with great behaviour n knowledge n the other Doc working are very cordial n answer all our query as n whole whole hospital staffs are working for a common goal n that's Patient Care..... Great team lead by a superb leader Dr Priya

with deep sorrow and immense frustration on behalf of my family regarding the tragic and avoidable loss of our beloved father, who was under the care of Dr. Priya ranjan parida cardiologist at Chitra heat hospital. During our father's treatment, Dr. Priya ranjan parida failed to provide proper and timely medical care. Despite our repeated requests to transfer our father to another hospital for better treatment, the doctor and his team refused to release him. He neither attended to the patient adequately nor allowed us the option to seek alternative care. After our father passed, we came to know devastatingly that he had taken his last breath at 12:00 PM. However, we were not informed until 6:00 PM. Shockingly, he was kept on the ventilator during this time, even though they were aware that he had already passed. This was not only unethical but emotionally traumatic for our family. Adding to the pain, when we confronted Dr. Priya ranjan parida about the treatment and considered filing a case, he threatened us. He said, "If you file a case, I will show the report stating that the patient already had damage in the lungs and heart." This information was never communicated to us while our father was alive. It is clear he withheld critical medical details and used the report only as a defense when we questioned his actions. This entire experience reflects gross negligence, lack of transparency, and highly unprofessional behavior. A doctor's role is to save lives and communicate honestly with the patient's family not to intimidate them after a loss.

Great to know that such a Well equipped and Nice Cardiac setup has started in our Cuttack City where we get service at midnight that to without wait for Cardiologist. I don't think we get such services in lot of other so called renowned Hospitals

Excellent Doctor's , excellent staff, Ambience is excellent. All the staff are very friendly. Only problem is the waiting hall,where there has to be sufficient Fan, which is not there.
