Today I am going that clinic... what a nice service... debasish sir is so humble person very nice doctor in jajapur but one problem thare is no sit down for patient in outside

Dr. Debashees Nanda is the one of the most talented ENT Doctors. He is so soft-spoken,patient-friendly and well behaved. He listens to all of his patients carefully and then says about the cause and care of the disease. He has good equipments to treat his patients. I had my two minor surgeries (one in nose and one in ear) there. Everything went well. Thank You :)

I underwent a DNS surgery (septoplasty) with him in Jajpur (July 2021) but a CT scan later on indicated that it has not been done perfectly. I would call it a failed surgery because not only I have been suffering from rhinorrhea (excess drainage of clear fluid and even thick mucus) from the operated nostril whenever I finish eating, but also -- my bad fortune -- I have lost my sense of smell (olfaction) since then. I can't savour the flavour of food while eating. I paid 26,000/- for the surgery only to put my nose out of the frying pan into the fire. Moreover I was charged extra for a functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) which was not at all required at that time and doesn't go in accordance with septoplasty. And shockingly, the doctor usually prescribes sub-standard generic meds, from antibiotics to probiotics, which are available only with the medicine store attached to the clinic. It's because the shops make huge profits by selling these low quality generic meds -- and some reward goes to the doctors as well for prescribing them. These are unfair practices.
