Excellent Telephonic Support & Patient Care I had a wonderful experience with Dr Rohit Mahajan Diabetes Clinic. Their telephonic support is outstanding--polite, efficient, and always ready to assist with any queries. Scheduling appointments was seamless, and the staff provided clear guidance on medications and follow-ups. The doctors are highly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in detail. Even remote consultations felt personal and thorough. Highly recommend this clinic for their excellent patient care and support!

Today, I visited Dr. Rohit Mahajan's clinic. The nature of doctor is very good and kind. The one thing which I observed is the scarcity of staff. I think the receptionist is all rounder and take care of everything. The ambience is average and the management should work on its staff as I was not feeling formal work culture there. The staff was making calls, creating so much noises and disturbing the receptionist again and again. The receptionist was very humble to each and every one but a single efficient staff member cannot run a clinic of such repute. They must hire professional staff who shows the patients and even visitors a formal work culture. The language and conduct of personnel really matters when somebody like me visits such kind of good doctor for the very first time. I will review my feedback on my treatment later on and hope next time there will be more peace and professionalism.

Evidence-based cutting edge treatment for type one and type two diabetes. I am impressed with how knowledgeable Dr. Mahajan is. He tailors the treatment plan for each individual according to his needs. There is excellent after care support and follow up provided. He uses multimedia presentations ( many of them on line) for educating his patients. He has excellent bedside manner and treats his patients with respect and professionalism. I would recommend him highly without any reservations.

The most important thing about this clinic is that they provide excellent telephonic support. Whenever I have any question, no matter how small or big, they always respond in a very professional manner. Even my old mother sometimes sends queries to them as voice message and we get response as a voice message. I always feel supported

Dr. Rohit is highly caring, knowledgeable and professional. The approach is totally scientific and evidence based that results in high quality patient care . He helped me to control old diabetic problem very quickly. Clinic staff is also very nice and handles issues with compassion. God bless him and the staff.

I am a Type 1 Diabetic for last 5 years. I am getting treatment from Dr Rohit Mahajan for last 3 months. The kind of hand holding while teaching me insulin usage was unmatched. The telephonic support by clinic for insulin dose optimization is awesome.

Very poor not recommended at all. And don't ever take insulin prescribed by him.
