Pragma Medical Institute is on Bhatinda Dabwali road just 3-4 K. M from City centre is one of the best medical Institute near to AIIMS Bhatinda. Dr gill is very best cardiologist. The facilities in the pragma hospital is very good. Dr sartaj gill is very best orthopaedic and all staff is very cooperative and They take care of patients very well. In OPD Doctors provide fast appointment and take care of their patients very well.

I had a terrible experience at this hospital. I went for an ultrasound, and the staff showed no concern for hygiene or patient care. Shockingly, the same sheet was used for all patients -- even when it was visibly dirty and soaked in body wax.
The overall service is extremely poor. Every test or consultation requires a pointless wait of 15-20 minutes, even when there's no crowd. The staff is indifferent and unprofessional, with no sense of urgency or basic courtesy.
The pharmacy service was equally pathetic. I had to wait 45 minutes just to get a few medicines, while the sales staff stood around chatting instead of doing their jobs.
This is by far one of the worst hospital experiences I've ever had. The hospital management seriously needs to rethink how they operate. Not recommended at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Sartaj. Unfortunately, my knee replacement surgery with him did not go as expected. The post-operative care and follow-up were also not up to the mark.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. Sartaj for knee replacement surgery. It's essential to choose a qualified and experienced doctor for such a critical procedure.
Please exercise caution and consider seeking a second opinion before making a decision.
