We went from Nepal to do spine surgery with Dr. Trivedi. They only have good doctors for Ent,Neuro and Trauma. Nurses do their job but the staffs needs to be replaced. Receptionists are worst, they act like they don't want to talk but they do because they have to. Management do need to focus on hiring qualified and experienced members. Some staff came into our rooms and asked for money personally which was embarrassing. Cleaners needs to focus on cleaning properly and follow the sanitation guidelines which they don't. Hospital don't even have a WIFI. They don't have laundry room for patient's family members who are staying at the hospital. If you are choosing a package to admit someone there, bring useful things like pillow, blanket , sheets , toilet paper, towels and handwash, hospital doesn't provide anything that's not included in the package. Also, canteen has limited option. Canteen only provides food to the patients. If you get hungry and want to buy something, you might have to order online, they don't even make decent coffee. Plus don't buy medicine from their pharmacy , they will charge you double , just buy medicine from Gupta's pharmacy just opposite to Vasal Hospital. This hospital is only good because of the doctors like Dr Trivedi and Dr Vasal and other things are just messed up. : Update: My mother is getting better everyday, after the surgery done by Dr Trivedi , her previous pain in her legs and lower back has disappeared. Dr.Trivedi did endoscopic spine surgery on my Mom. She is recovering everyday, we are glad we did a surgery through Dr.Trivedi. Please guys trust him and his work. God's with him.

The cardiology team at this hospital is outstanding! From diagnosis to treatment, I always felt like I was in the best hands. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions and making sure I understood my treatment plan. I highly recommend this department for anyone needing heart care

Doctors are good but the hospitality was very poor. The hospital has rude staff. One receptionist who is an old lady was not fit for the job of receptionist. Unhygienic Bathrooms Canteen has no digital payment option Need to upgrade the staff.

My brother Sandeep he is still under treatment in vasal hospital he's feeling good till now we'll update our review after discharge with good health.so guys for new update must be stay with us... God bless vasal hospital becoz your staff and doctors are very kind and loaded with good behaviour.
