today i visit the hospital am very disappoint about the medical shop staff. they not follow the any rule here is not any line etc. anybody can be take the medicine jump the line. when i ask to store staff regarding this they treated me so rude and asked me that is not our duty we are just here for giving medicine not to make the line or follow the rules etc. if it is not his duty so who's duty is this? today am very disappointed about the medical staff. mostly people are facing this problem but they can't complaint against this becoz mostly they have not time for taking action agianst this they not want to waste his more time.
