Doctor is a very nice person but m giving this rating all because of the staff, they are extremely rude , always talk like they own this place, they don't know how to behave how to handle someone, if you ask them something they will talk like if they are dogs and trying to eat you , horrible place all because of the staff they are so pathetic.

Giving 1 star because don't have option of negative rating. We went there for Sample collection and doctor is talking about operation without understanding the Concern. Doctor having no sense of talking if a girl came for some issue regarding her mother's health. As she is married and having her own responsibilities in other state. Waiting since morning and told by staff to wait, after waiting for almost 2 hours, Doctor telling that if u are able to come or need to go back to inlaws home then some neighbour or your brother will bring your mother. When told that brother is not near by started talking rubbish. Being a private doctor you should have some sense of talking. Everyone have there own issues or problems, Your work is to do the duty if not able to the job,Just to denied. Really very bad situation,the Private hospital's are worse then the Government once.

Hii my experience is good with this hospital...doctor is also very polite and all staff is good but the one staff member her name is Simran she is very rude she has no sense how to treat with patients..

Dr v.k.sharda sir is very nice person he is so humble. as well as a competent surgeon.staff is also hardworking..sometimes they are overburdened and people irretaed them by not following their instructions.overall they are good and doing their job very well.

DoctOr's way of talking nd treatment is superb...very experienced man.but No proper sitting arrangement.. No COVID precautions are adopted except in doctor's room. Waited 3 hours for doctor to come.... Staff is very rude. Toilet is unclean

Doctor consultation is very effective but on the other hand receptionist and staff behavior is so rude even they dont know how to talk. Their language is like only one person allow to enter in here nd ehnu bahar kadd ke aa ... Its so disgusting.. i feel like m insulted by them..

Doctor is very good and humble but staff is rude but please make OPD in right way

Staff behavior is so rude.. Even they don't respect elderly people... Otherwise doctor consultation is elated. Doctor's way of talking is also mind blowing..
