Pathetic doctor.. No humanity.. My mom was admitted to hospital, and we just ask reason for her high blood sugar and he start arguing with family and immediately stop treated her and in middle of night, he ask us to leave. And this is done by Dr chhabra itself. Dr Chhabra is unprofessional doctor, he is very rude.

I had a very bad experience in this hospital like 1.lake of communication in reception. She doesn't know how to talk to patients 2. If someone paid 300rs for an emergency afterall that they also have to wait at least 2 to 3 hrs .. 3. The Shivam clinical laboratory is in the hospital where the staff was very rude .. they don't know how to behave 4. If Dr. Prescribed for Xray then the staff were not available there so we all had to wait for 2 to 3 hrs. 5. Bathrooms are not cleaned ,it's unhygienic 6. In Neel Kanth Hospital medical store their staff behaviour is good but they don't issue any bill why because of GST ?? 7. Sometime Dr.s Behaviour is not good they got rude to us

Just for dr chabara I give it 5 star, Dr is too good. but on another hand hospital services is very poor staff they hire is uneducated and unprofessional they dont know how to talk and handle workload in hospital. Sepcially reception girls is very bad behaviour. I request To dr please kindly working on it and hire a best professional staff for your hospital so that people will get best experience.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAFF: Very Rude will not even listen to you and behave as if they are the busiest person with the burden of the whole world on their shoulders. DONT EVEN THINK OF TRYING TO MAKE THEM UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM. HOSPITAL ORGANISATION: OR LACK OF IT. It's a complete mayhem. The only thing organised is that come what May you won't a get a Doctors appointment if you haven't given them a call in the morning to book it. They literally asked me standing right in front of the receptionist desk that go back first give a call on mobile and then come. I Mean not even God himself make their staff understand. Doctor: If you have the heart to fight it out and somehow reach the doctor thinking him of some amazing healer to solve your problem you are going to be sadly disappointed. Without even any guidance he would just write a list of test to be conducted and a list of prescribed medicines. If you dare ask what is wrong he will would just say" Just have the medicine I can't teach you whole mbbs straight away" PLEASE CONSIDER SOME OTHER DOCTOR/HOSPITAL BECAUSE THIS HAS GOT NEITHER.

One of the best hospital in Pathankot. Dr jitender sir is very humble and genuine person.Staff members,lab assistant, pharmacist and other staff, all are very cooperative and humble. My wife was admitted here and we spent more than 10 days here. It was very critical time for us but dr jitender sir and staff managed the situation very well.

Such a bad and unprofessional practice they are following, Dr Jatinder Chhabra not even describing the problem(not having the knowledge) always focusing on the Tests, Referring to another doctor. Not following the basic norms of the Hospital, Lab attendants giving open containers for the urine for the tests. Washrooms are dirty with no soap, not having the Hygiene. Reception staff(nurses) are illiterate talks rudely and unprofessional as well, Unethical things(asking extra money in cash without any slip)

Even the dr chabbra have not manners that how to treat the patient even don't give the answer of the question from patient he thinks that he is the all rounder

Staff is really stupid like illiterate person behaviour like rude disrespect and doctors also know that about staff so I think one of the biggest stupid hospitals in Pathankot I should give advice don't go to these hospitals they only earn money but don't know how to give respect
