Worst experience, getting a medicine even one tablet is a nightmare. You will have to be in the queue for more than half an hour just get a receipt for payment. Then you will need to go to other counter to pay And then come back again to get the medicine and wait for another half an hour. They definitely need to improve the pharmacy procedure.

Poor Reception Service.... Ladies are standing in the queue for a long while and still not getting their cards. Biasness btw male and female are taking place as those males who are coming after the people in queue getting their cards done first rather than people in the queue See in the pic, that guy came alot after those Ladies but her gets his card done first. Totally partial towards ladies. This is not a good sign for a hospital.

Some doctors are really good at their job. But this hospital lacks surgeons and other doctors they should hire them so that patients who are admitted their are treated well. Dr. Hafiz an ENT specialist is very experienced doctor

staff is very unfriendly not all few of them. Please give them some training on patient relationship. Stop hiring such employees who even cant keep a simple smile on face and politeness in voice. Never ever make feel bad to patients by your bad attitude. Because you never know how they surviving with life and you everyone is being paid for your duties. Patients are paying that expensive treatments. we do understand you guys doing very hard work day and night shifts which is very hard. we appreciate. But please be proud nurses who should have extreme enthusiasm. You should be favourite for everyone admit in hospital.

nice hospital with good staff.. visited hospital from last 3days & visiting next week too. well maintained traditional building, garden is really nice...good play area for passing time with kids..thanks gardener for doing such a great job to maintain it. Deputy head of hospital is so helpful & listening very carefully Physiotherapist is so good and really helpful..recommending others too for visiting there for any medical facility. Only one request or suggestion from side: please open back gate for patients or visitors to enter into back market after showing payment receipt. Thanks

It is a charitable hospital with senior doctors and also visiting consultants, they have functional dental lab, testing lab, x-ray, OT, eye testing, Pharmacy and everything is on no profit basis. Staff is humble and kind. Could have more spacious entrance though. Also 3-4 Ambulance are 24/7 available.

Very cooperative staff and doctors too.Well established hospital with fully new advanced machines and equipments.Always recommend for any kind of emergency or treatment.(written in 2020) This review from year 2023 November- value of time is like zero here.Came after few years to have a small treatment but unfortunately they asked to come 9 and I was there at 8:50am and they started the treatment at 11:00am.1 recommendation that please consider every patient as a patient not a non living thing.As a foreigner I would to tell that outside India,time is everything but didn't understand this equation here because no one cares about that thing.

One of the best hospital in the town with many more medical facilities and best doctors, and also with free homeopathic medicine wing at the basement with qualified MD doctors.
