Serious concerns regarding the pharmacy operations at this hospital. The pharmacy in-charge, Mr. Narendra, has been observed engaging in questionable practices. Instead of using the official hospital QR code for payments, he collects money via a personal number (belonging to a staff member, Lokesh Saini) and refuses to provide any pharmacy bills. When asked for a bill, he rudely responds with, "We don't provide bills. You can buy from somewhere else if you want." Despite many of these medicines being covered under the Bhamashah scheme, patients are still charged in cash. Mr. Narendra gives conflicting excuses to different patients -- such as "the Bhamashah server is down," or "the pharmacy is blocked due to a state-to-central transfer issue." These excuses seem designed to force patients into paying cash. What's even more troubling is that these cash transactions are later reimbursed under Bhamashah or RGHS, meaning the pharmacy might be profiting twice -- from patients and the government. All of this happens under the watch of the hospital owner's son, who sits directly behind the pharmacy and seems fully aware of these activities. This is a serious issue that calls for strict investigation and monitoring. Patients deserve transparency, fair treatment, and ethical medical practices. Madhav hospital (Multi Speciality Hospital) is situated in the heart of Behror Nagar parishad of rajasthan known as Rath area near old bus stand. Its Dedicated hospital for all kind of health related problems, good hospital for best treatment. Open emergency 24 X7 hours.Great facilities available in IPD and ICU. There is seperate wing for parking, medical stores, pharmacy, rest area, Blood checkup and restrooms, canteen cafeteria are not available here. Excellent Nursing staff for take care of patients and they have very kind and cooperative nature. All part of hospital is with new modern facilities. overall it is a good option for all kind of treatment. I spend 3 hours here i have seen everytime hasal type problem with the patients, Because some staff not good behaviour and not try to understand emergency and critical problems of the patients which is very important part of health care. Infact they are believe in money collection although treatment comes under RGHS but they are charged 300 rupees as to Day care service and they given just one drop and 3 injection. Please improve in this kind of facilities evry one know that emergency should be on priorbasis. Have to be specially attention with female ward it's so badly atmosphere and nursing station is not sanitization. Overall experience is not so good as per hearing from locality. It's very need to improve about day care charge, otherwise it will impact to long stay.

I got my braces done from Dr. Aditi Yadav (BDS, MDS)she is a very good doctor and explained the whole process to my father just for our understanding. She is very generous, even dentist gourav Yadav (BDS) have very calm demeanour. I will go there again and I kindly recommend there company and....... Let's see who oversees the entire process....

There was no female personnel available to dress a woman under the navel area, so two boys dressed my cousin. She arrived after complaining, which is absurd because they were halfway done. Raising a concern regarding a recent experience at your facility involving the unavailability of female medical staff for dressing a female patient in a sensitive area -- specifically below the navel. No female nurse or medical assistant was made available to perform the dressing on time, which involved an intimate area. A male staff member was assigned instead, which caused considerable discomfort, embarrassment, and emotional distress to the patient. This situation raises serious concerns about patient dignity, cultural sensitivity, and medical ethics. It is a basic expectation, particularly in intimate medical care, that patients should have access to same-gender medical professionals whenever feasible -- especially when it involves exposure of private body parts. Patient dignity and consent are foundational to ethical care. I trust you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take appropriate steps to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

Very poor hospital management and staff behavior. In the general ward, if even one patient feels cold, the entire air conditioner is switched off, leaving others to suffer in the heat and humidity -- especially during peak summer. Instead of offering a blanket or shifting the cold patient, they simply cut off cooling, seemingly to save electricity. To make things worse, on-duty staff are often seen chewing gutka and behave rudely when concerns are raised -- responding dismissively and without basic manners. The overall environment feels unprofessional and poorly managed. Not acceptable for a healthcare facility.
